It happens to me all the time.
I am just lying down on my bed, nice and relaxed, not thinking, and all of a sudden...I feel something come out of me...Like something is being pulled out... Normally,I just snap back into awareness. But it did last a couple minutes once.
When it happens,it don't think,my eyes go half open, and it feels like I am not breathing. I try to stop myself from snapping back into myself, but its just so sudden and my plans go awry.
Ever happen to anyone else?Know what this is maybe?

Kinda sounds like you start to go Astral then you snap back because of the unusual sensation it brings.
D; Just my guess at least.

Yeah, happened to me a few times. Usually when I'm not trying to do anything, I then usually spend the rest of my concious day half in my body. The last time it happened, it felt like I got smacked on the head back into my body...looking into that myself.
And yeah, if its like what happened to me a few times it seemed like an unintentional short projection, both time and 'distance' wise....

I did forget to mention on how it pulls out...
It kind of gets...dragged.And it feels as if everything is slowing down around me. But it just feels like an odd energy being slowly dragged out...
Another thing I forgot to mention was the fact that if I stay in that state(meaning I don't realize and snap back into consciousness) I feel really drained after I bring myself back into action.I normally can't bring myself to move for a minute or two. And by "drained", I mean limp.I try to move, but my body barley twitches.

I think I have similar experiences. My first impression is the beginnings of projection. I experience it, but I usually become too "clear" and end up snapping back into place before I even get completely out.

It still sounds like astral projection to me. A being dragged upwards, or out, is the most common sensation reported from it. I get drained if I stay in that state, too...only for me, instead of being tugged out, I fall within.

Your body maybe trying to do this naturally. I would suggest next time going with the dragging sensation and see where it leads.
If you feel unsafe- by all means don't go on. But, it would be interesting to see where it leads you.

Were you trying to AP? Becuase if you were then oviously that would be the case but if you were not then it could be a number of things, like your soul going out of alignment or a surge of extra energy. There is alot of things that it could be.
But I think its most likely a form of AP.

Or, of course, there is the theory that any kind of "snap" feeling is a defense mechanism left over from when we slept in trees. Anything out of the ordinary causes us to "snap up", fully awake, and increase the chances of us grabbing a branch to stop our death.
