This is for Piney and me. =3
Angel stopped in front of the cafe where she was supposed to meet Piney, tracing swirls in the snow. Piney needed to do stuff first, but she'd get here soon. Pulling the door open and stepping inside, she was greeted with a jingle of a bell and the smell of hot chocolate. Stifling a loud squeal, she hurried over to the counter to order a cup while waiting for Piney.

Piney was bundled up in a warm jacket and a scarf when she entered the cafe. Having been outdoors all day, she was glad to step into the cozy cafe, with the smell of chocolate in the air.
She saw Angel waiting by the counter and walked over there. Unwrapping the scarf around her neck, she smiled and waved hello.
"Hi."

Angel looked up with a milk mustache and smiled and waved back. "Hi Piney!" She lifted her cup of hot choclate. "Get some hot choclate! It's really good!" Sluping loudly to prove her point, she slid off the stool she was sitting on and hurried over to Piney. "What have you been doing?" She asked. "Is it really hard?"

"Uh, no thanks." Piney noticed that she was on a sugar rush with the first sip. "I had coffee, so all is well."
Grabbing a napkin from a nearby pile, she handed it over to Angel and sighed. "I've just been patrolling around. Stopping little crimes here and there. It's hard if you consider staying out in freezing weather to be difficult."

Angel wiped the napkin across her mouth, not caring in there was still some hot chocolate left. Slurping again, she asked, "Isn't coffee really bitter? You still need hot chocolate." Finishing off the cup, she tossed it into a garbage can. "It was yummy." She said sadly, befor perking up as the sugar rush took over. "What about Daybreak? You could evolve her to a Flareon and be warm in the winter." She started bouncing around Piney with a grin on her face. "She could flame criminals to if they escape."

"I don't need hot chocolate, and I like coffee in the morning more." Piney crossed her arms and watched as Angel bounced around in hyperness. "It's a good thing that you don't drink coffee or you'll be even more giddy and high."
Hearing her comment about Daybreak, she sighed and fiddled with her Pokeball that was on her belt. "You haven't met her since I got her didn't you?"

Angel shook her head wildly. "Of course I've haven't." She chided. "You've been gone for years. Mom and dad were pissed, and so am I." Twirling in one spot, she added, "Can I see Daybreak? I'm going to get more hot chocolate and prehaps a muffin or two. I'll share!" She then spun to the counter, digging out her purse.

"I didn't think that mom and dad would be angry." Piney said with a hint of sorrow. "And I told you for the third time already that I don't need hot chocolate. Though a muffin would be nice. Or a donut."
Her fingers brushed over the Pokeball and to her purse. Pulling out a couple of bills, she pushed them into her hand.
"I'll pay for them."

Taking the bills, she placed one on the counter and flung the other back at Piney. "We're sharing." She said stubbornly. "I want a chocolate muffin." Turing back to Piney, she told her, "Of course they'd by angry. Their oldest daughter left them. Did you think they'd go 'whoop-de-do' and continue their buisness?" She snorted and grabbed her muffin. "Hurry up and order your muffin/donut."

"Just a regular glazed donut, thanks." Piney told the cashier and placed the money in front of him.
"Well, they don't really acknowledge my existence until after I leave. So it would've been better if they weren't mad at me leaving at all."
"Speaking of which, did you get a Pokemon yet?"

Angel shrugged. "Maybe it's because you left them. Nobody likes losing stuff." She bit into her muffin and said through a full mouth, "No. I'm pokemonless. Speaking of which, can I see Daybreak? I need to give her a piece of my muffin."

Piney took the donut when it was delivered to her. Biting down and chewing on it a bit, she swallowed before speaking up again.
"I'm not stuff, Angel." She scowled and set her donut on the table. "And Daybreak doesn't like muffins. She likes donuts and coffee better."
The coffee part was a joke, but Piney wanted to torture her sister longer in the anticipation of seeing the now-Espeon.

Angel scowled back and thunked her hot chocolate and muffin down on the counter. "You know what I mean." Wiggling her fingers, Angel broke a piece of Piney's donut away and pushed it high into the air. I'll give Daybreak this piece then!"

"Heeeey! That's mine!" Piney shoved the rest on the donut into her mouth and tried to grab the remaining piece from Angel. "If I showed you Daybreak will you give me my donut back?"

"Of course." Angel bobbed the donut piece teasingly in the air and took a gulp from her hot chocolate. "And It's not really you donut, but a piece of your donut."
