So, what Christmas carols/songs have been turned into a jazzy sound? (preferably popular ones that we'd all know). What do you think of this idea?

i think it would make a pleasant change to the traditional carols which people are probably sick and tired of hearing.

At my college, the second Vocal Jazz group did a version of Oh Holy Night. It had a weird drum beat to it that made it sound like elevator music. I didn't like it and my friend in the group thought I was crazy for not loving it.

I adore Coltrane's 'Greensleeves'.
Cliche, perhaps.
But it's beautiful.
