Well, since the board seems to be slowing down I figured, why not put something to help pick things up a little.
I know some people don't post here everyday because, well, its hard to focus on religion every single day. So here's small break from thinking.

stupid finals, I have a 7 page essay (which i just started) due tomorrow at 4 pm. thank god i got my econ fianl over with, now i look forward to tomorrow (philosophy essay due), and wednesday I have yet another final for poli sci, and I have yet to read the second half of the text book, let alone any of the supplements.

he hee..my finals are this week too. I have to paint a picture and finish a take home test. I guess my finals are easier that most..but still, it'd be nice not to have any. I'm looking forward to my 3 week break come December 18th.

I can't wait till wednesday night around 10 pm, cause i get to go home, and not think about college work for a month. Yayness for christmas break.
sometimes painting a picture is harder than some other kind of test, some people may have problems with the openendedness of the painting a picture part.
what are you painting?

I have to paint a "potrait of my self, only not a self portrait" so its more abstract than anything else. Can't be too hard to splatter some paint on a canvas and introduce it as my soul. I'm adding some paper and stuff to decupage into it, if it comes out the way i'm planning it should look pretty kool. What are you planning on majoring in?

What are you planning on majoring in? right now im considering majoring in the pre-med route (so bio, or chem) and minoring in either chem (if I dont major in it) and philosophy, or history.

a self-portrait, I did one of those in my art class in high school, I used the american falg, upside down, with band names (like anti-flag and black flag) and put an anarchy symbol on it. I used to b very anti-american, that was when I thought that socialism, and/or anarchy would work. Don't know why I ever thought anarchy would work though.
anyway, I have determined (after seeing a beautiful mind) that schizophrenia would be awesome to have until you knew you had it (meaning before you 1. knew you had it, and 2. had to take medication for it) think about all the amazing things you would do/see.
also after i saw a beautiful mind and reading descartes, i wondered is it possible for someone to have such a bad case of schizophrenia that they made the whole world up, Descartes says i think therefore i am, meaning you can only prove your existence, so it got me thinking that maybe I have a super bad case of schizo and made the whole world up. anyway, dont know where i was really going with that.

xdarktigress Ooh! That'll be kool! Sounds like alot of math. depends on if i actually stick with the minor/major in chem, i might throw chem out the window and only take the 3 courses needed for bio, and then im basically done with math, since i'd only need 2 calc courses, I and II

I've often laid awake pondering for hours about whether I jsut made this world up in my own little head. And if everything I was doing was really real or not. Or mabey we're all in one big dream, and the alarm clock will buzz anyminute now. Or we could be inside a virtual world liek the matrix...this is why I don't drink caffeine at night! ^____^
