 The little female had already scurried off a bit, not far from her family but far enough to do a little exploring and oh how she loved it. Her multi-colored eyes glanced around, the size of tennis balls she didn't know what to absorb first. She hadn't met any other's her size yet...nor any other outside of her family or herd mates perhaps she would today. That would be the most exciting. Her ears flickered as she trotted happily with her head held in the hair and her tail at the same height as she hummed merrily on her way.

 Bly was practicing his strutting. Caelyndei had said he looked grown up when he did it. He wanted to be grown up. He figured it would be easier than being so small. Today was supposed to have been a day for him to stay with the family. He had promised pa. But he had soon gotten bored with that and decided to wander off for a while.
Humming Mary Had a Little Lamb he began to hope that he hadn't hurt his father's feelings. But he soon forgot about his promise and was strutting as fast as he could out of joy. Bly liked being out in the world. It was great. If only he had another to wander with him!

The little femme's nostrils perked up as she looked to see a small, white fluffly looking creatures. She believed that her grandpapa had told her it was a rabbit. "Wabbit, come 'ere." she chimed chasing after it. Little hot breathes made small little clouds as she bound after it. She finally let it go and decided to go on her prancing rampage again before she stumbled over her long legs and fell into a blanket of snow. She couldn't be anything but happy about it so, in turn, she laughed.

It seemed strutting fast was not a good idea because Bly lost his footing and went crashing to the ground into a patch of snow. He laughed at himself and rolled around in it only to turn and find out that he was not alone in the snow. A few feet away he could see another foal laughing in the snow. But instead of going over to her he forgot about it and went back to making snow angels. "Wheee!" he said loudly and laughed.

Eve looked over to see another who had fallen in the deeper snow. She blinked as she watched him have an A.D.D moment. Her ears flickered watching him, before she got to her feet and walked over to him curiously. "Whatcha doing?" she asked as she nosed at the snow. She hadn't seen this done before ansd was quite intrigued.

He stopped in mid motion, forgetting for a moment that he was on the ground. Bly's legs stayed in mid air until he put them down and rolled onto his belly. Then he stood. "I don't really know..." he said and smiled at her. It was the honest truth. "Your eyes don't match." he pointed out not knowing that his comment was a bit rude. He smiled at her. Perhaps now he would have someone to play with besides Mem.

"I know," she replied simply. "Ones from my mommy and the other is from my daddy...duh." she giggled happily. Before prancing in a circle. "I'm Eve." she stated before looking at him and nosing him. "Who are you?" she asked giddely.

"I'm Bly. Nice to meet you!" he grinned forgetting about her eyes. He watched her prance in a circle and decided it would be fun to do. So he too trotted around. Only he kept going until he got dizzy. He stopped and his eyes rolled around as his body swayed. "Do you do that for fun?" he asked and blinked at her. Finally he steadied himself and looked around with his usual wide grin planted on his face.

"Nice to meet you too." she smiled happily. She bounced around a bit as they talked. "You mean spin around in circles?" she inquired. "Why, no...I haven't." she blinked curiously. "Is it fun?"

"Yes. It feels like someone's shaking the ground around." he laughed and spun again. He didn't stop this time until he got a headache. "Why does my head hurt?" he asked Eve not realizing that it was such a silly question to ask. He shook his head trying to get rid of the feeling pounding on his brain. It only made it worse. "What the--" he complained.

Eve broke out into a fit of giggles before she fell into the snow with an 'oof'. She spat cold snow from her teeth but it had gotten into her gums and it made her go into a spazztic fit of bucking around to get the coldness out of her mouth. "Make it stop!" she stumbled over herself again landing right in front of Bly. She licked her lips with a smile. "...It's gone." she laughed.

He had laughed with her even when she was laughing at him. He hadn't the slightest idea why they were laughing however. He giggled even more when her episode was over. "You sure?" he asked still trying to calm down. He nudged her lightly and grinned at her. He didn't have a headache so much anymore. Now it was just a dull pain that he simply ignored. Bly looked at Eve. He failed to realize that they were alike in a few ways.
