It’s okay to cry. It’s not your fault, try not to think of the old days. They were great, but they’re over. Maybe they’ll be more good days to come. You know that saying, ‘when one door closes, another opens.’? Well, that’s perfect for this. You need to keep moving forward. It’s okay to feel that hate for her, it’s okay to cry about the hate you want to feel for him but you can’t because you still love him, and you always will. He’ll always be there. It might be difficult to see that, but that’s what needs to be seen.
It’s alright to need your friends right now. It’s important to talk about it. Feel better. It’s not over, you’re still a family. Think of the good to come. Put the bad in the back. Wait a while, you’ll see I’m right. You’ll be glad you listened, and I’ll be wishing I had this advice to tell myself over, and over. Maybe I’ll be able to trust it this time.
It’s okay to cry. I promise. No one will laugh, no one will tell you it’s the wrong thing to do. They’ll all be there for you. Crying with you. It’s okay. Maybe you’ll even gain strength., and who knows, maybe you’ll even find yourself. I’ll tell you one thing, if you make it through this, you’ll be glad. You’ll be ready for worse. Nothing can break you now.
The crying helps. It’s what you need. It’s all you’ll ever need. It’s okay to cry.

I really like it =)
It's a little like something I would write, but personally I'd write it in a different style, so seeing it in the way you've done it is refreshing. The only thing I'd say is that there's a couple of punctation mistakes in there, so it might be a good idea to go over it and correct them, but to be honest, I'm nitpicking. Big time. =3
