This is what I have found out about these games so far:
Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (for PSP)
Birth by Sleep seemingly consists of three new storylines with three new PLAYABLE characters. Two of which are Ven and Terra. The third is still yet to be seen. In several screen shots, Ven has been seen in a place that looked like Olympus Colesium. Both Terra and Ven are also seen at Destiny Islands and Hollow Bastion. Another new character is Master Xehanort, the bald man sporting Xehanort's Heartless's clothes from the Secret Ending of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+.
Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days (for DS)
358/2 is a game about Organization XIII. All of the members are playable. It illustrates the daily life of Organization XIII. The multi-player mode is all mission-based. And as for the female XIVth (14th) member of Organization XIII, it has been confirmed that it is NOT Namine.
Even though the DS has the touch screen system, it looks like it won't be used much.

Kingdom Hearts: Coded (for mobile)
Kingdom Hearts: Coded is developed by the makers of Final Fantasy 7: Before Crisis, and is planned to be released internationally. The graphics are 2D sprites in a 3D environment and the Disney Worlds will be released as individual episodes. It will also explain the mysteries surrounding Riku and King Mickey (KH1 ending)
I'm still not sure when they're gonna be released.
