No because the first time I saw Menchi was in ep. 1 of the anime and she says that weird looking dog. We all said it looked like a cat but knew it was a dog. If she hadn't of said that I would've thought it though smile

I was sure Menchi was a cat when I first saw it.... I thought it was some crazy quirk of the anime......

I never thought Menchi was a cat...but one of my friends insists that Menchi is a cat, even after watching the whole series......

I read the manga before seeing any of the anime, so I never had any doubts. Besides, I've seen little dogs like that... sweatdrop

I've known some pretty smart cats and some extremely dumb dogs.

I thought for sure it was a cat, after watching the first episode is when I knew it was a dog
