Tsunade of course! She is super powerful and has had to live with orochimaru and the pervy sage her whole life! She definitly gets credit for that! She is beautiful, smart, and powerful! She has it all and she is the first female Hokage!

I say Jiraiya, but Tsunade is good too. She may be good with healing and stuff, but Jiraiya is much wiser and he knows many techniques unlike her. All she has is strength and healing abilities. That doesn't make her the best.

Imma gona be the oddy, I say ORACHIMARU! why? HE HAS MANDA! Manda could easily defeat the slug, and toad, hes younger than Tsunade and Jiraiya. And pretty much knows all of the jutsu's in the world (so he says). AND A SWORD :3. I personally think that he could win aganst tsunade if they had a one-on-two fight again.

well I personally say its a tie between Tsunade and Orochimaru! Why cas Orochimaru is kick a** besides for being obsessive over Sasuke and Tsunade is just plain awesome! XD WOOT 3nodding heart
