Yes, there is lots of fighting between the Horde and the Alliance. If you are on the wrong side, it's likely you'll be verbally attacked by the opposing faction. But what happens when physical fighting occurs?
Recently at my school (last Friday), one of my friends was really pissed off about being owned really bad by some high-leveled Alliance gankers and that there was no high-levels online in his guild. Some other person he didn't know (one of my other friends, who rolls Alliance) came by to talk to me. He heard the incessant complaints from my Horde friend. The ally found it hilarious, and decided to take the time to make fun of the Horde and how he was part of a griefer guild who spends their whole time ganking low-level Horde.
Hordy got really pissed off, since he was already angry. Instead of insulting the Alliance bruh back, he jumps up from his seat and punches the other guy in the face. They end up fighting and one of the security guards of our school breaks up the fight. They both get suspended for fighting.
Seriously, is this Horde v Alliance argument really worth doing stupid stuff in real life? I understand a little petty name-calling, but being suspended from school over it sounds like it's getting out of hand.

Yes.
Especially if the guy claims to be part of a ganking-oriented guild. Regardless of his alignment, the only mistake your Horde friend made is he hit him with his fist instead of the chair.

>.< only horde/alliance issues at my school is me from time to time getting fed up with my horde friend's "we're gonna own stormwind someday" plans, grabbing his headband (we wear naruto headbands tied around our necks lol) and pulling him out of his chair at lunch, causing much laughter.

That's pretty stupid, and not worth it at all. While ganking has it's amusing side, there's something to be said for randomly helping out some low-level undead or whatever. Or having some high-level tauren come by and save your sorry tail after you aggro just about the whole of Stranglethorn Vale. lol

THat is just stupid as hell...
I only play alliance.. And from what i can tell, I'm just about the only one here who even HAS an active ally toon. But yeah.. Horde aren't that bad.. They have some cool zones.. I always wave to them, but when I turn on my pvp, (im on a pve server)they never do.. Even if its stacked in their favor.. Ah well.. All I'm trying to say is: Play on a ******** PvE server and get a life..

And yes, the horde on PvE servers are pretty awesome and have a great sense of humor. Like the time a tauren named 'welcometosw' was lying dead at the entrance to Stormwind. lol
