Hiya, Zen here. Well, I guess I made this place with Torniquet smile's permisson to open up some bands that might not be so known. Here I'll (Try to) post a new a vid every day that expresses giant bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam to almost unknowns like The U-men or Skin Yard.

I guess for starters, it's going to be Tad. With their hard sludge hitting guitar riffs with smacking bass and rampant drums, Tad was all over the place. Taking a 70's rock approach rather a punk influence, Tad Doyle's vocals fit the bill perfectly. When they needed to be rough, s**t happened, and if the time called for a more softer touch he also had a groovy singing voice. So an example of most of these qualities can be found in their single Greasebox.

Heh, yeah. Tad's just one of those bands who make awesome videos. I'll be sure to post more in the future but there's plenty of more bands to go through before I show something like "Wood Goblins."

Heh, everyone needs a little Mudhoney. Although I preferred Mark Arm's days in Green River. His voice fit more in that band, than Mudhoney. Although, Mudhoney rules too.

Now I'm not too educated on these guys myself. But when I seen one of my dad's old headbanger's ball tapes from I think 93' this video just blew me away. There's defenatly some grunge elements to it, but it may classify as Stoner Rock. So many bands were slapped the label Grunge becuase they came at the right place but the wrong time. Anyways this guild is about the 90's as well as grunge so without further adeu.
