why does it take over a week for anyone to post on a thread?

The guild moves slower then the rest of Gaia, more like a traditional message board where it took some time to get replies. The guild has its up and down times as well, right now has been a down time though it should pick back up in time.
It may take time for replies to come in, though generally the replies are worth while and just not some random spouting of the mouth from people that you see in other areas of Gaia.
Getting activity in the guild that is worth while is also generally is diffucult as well, people actually have to come to the guild to see stuff. I've always wanted the guild to be successful but I don't want to attract the wrong kind of people to the guild either. I figure having a slower pace yet constructive guild is better then having a fast paced unconstructive guild.
