Remember some months ago I asked us what types of music we thought of when we think of our characters? Well, I thought it would be a good idea to re-post those in a spot where we all could find them easily, and we could each just keep adding as we find more songs.
As per usual, I'm going to be mostly showing amv's from Youtube since that's what's easiest for me.

This one kinda jumped into my head and won't let go, a Seymour/Chibi love (-ish) song, it's As the World Falls Down from Jim Henson's beautiful movie, Labyrinth (I am so obsessed with that movie it's not funny) As the World Falls DownNow, answer me this after you watch the video; When the song just starts and you see Goblin King Jareth when he removes the mask, do you think they tried to use him as a refference for Seymour. There's deffinately a look around those eyes, nose and mouth, at least, I think so. ~~~ Navi's song must be repeated. Dancing through life I feel that the part that sums him up best is the first two minutes, though the rest of the video is pretty fun to watch as well. Saddest part, is I know that I had more videos, but I can't find them. I'll need to go look them up, in the mean time, post your own!

I'd kinda like for everyone to post their own, seeing as how I've forgotten a lot of the videos that compared to the characters, not to mention tastes might've changed since then, so a song that was once thought of to perfectly describe Eliza might not work anymore.

I know I have the same thing all the time. sweatdrop Came across this song not that long ago, and felt that it was good for Chibi and Seymour, mostly her feelings when he was killed and then while he's walking around Unsent, and finally when Yuna Sends him. Moonlight ShadowThe anime is Pretear, it's another Magical Girl series that I love, and it's made by the same people who did Sailor Moon. I heartilly recomend getting the series as it's funny, romantic, and has the same type of speeches about how everybody deserves love that Sailor Moon was so famous for. wink

So we're watching Phantom of the Opera tonight, and one of the songs really struck a chord in my heart, I think I found the song that best describes Seymour. Do you think it fits him as well? As for this one, can't you just see everyone having fun like this in the Bevelle palace one night? I think this is the scene that really makes me fall in love with the movie. This is the part I'm always telling you about, Time. whee Oh, and I have no idea who he is, but I am in love with that one guy from 1:50-2:03. 4laugh

Man, I'm putting up a lot of these... sweatdrop Well, found yet another one for Chibs and Sey, I think it fits well for the time during their exile on through Chibi's capture at the temple, you know, that time when they wanted to be together, they just never did because he didn't feel right about it. The Lonely Moon is from the Tenchi Muyo anime series, though I could only find the video with FFVIII stills. I am a Pioneer is another one from Tenchi (which incidentally is Evan's all time favorite anime series), and I think it best covers Chibi's spirited nature.

I found a perfect one for Rinny's dad, and one for how she feels about him. It's the same band, I really love their style and the singer. This song I think is perfect for Eliza in the period where Gabe and Alexander are dead. It sorta expresses her sense of loss and lonliness that she hides from everyone, even from herself. And the anger of betrayal that she feels towards Gabe for dying and not letting her say goodbye, that she's ashamed to admit to. Also it captures the melancholy she feels for being so different (merited worry or not) from everyone else, even from Ayla.
