Nightstar looked down on the body of the dead Deventheart.

Berrykit's chest burnt with anger. why must my parents be so evil! he thought to himself, thinking on how his father and mother teamed up to get rid of Cloudclan and Gustclan then trying to kill the other leaders to become leaders! all he had left was his sister, Rainkit.

Rainkit pushed her pelt against Berrykit's. her eyes tearing up as she stared down on her dead mother.

Nightstar hopped up onto the leadstone," Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join her beneath the leadstone for a clan meeting!" his meow rang through camp. everyone crowed around.
"Deventheart is dead." he said ," she was an evil cat and has gone to join Clawclan in the stars. " And as far as we now Brokenclaw is dead too." he said happily. " he has gone to Clawclan as well."

"We dont now if Brokenclaw is dead or not!" Berrykit growled out to his leader. " He was injured when he was chased away but not kill!, we should hunt him down!" he said wanting his father dead for what he had done.

"His wounds were deadly!" Nightstar rang out. i dont trust those kits! Nightstar thought to himself.

His stare was darted to Berrykit," He's gone." Nightstar said one more aloud to his clan. "Swampclan needs a new deputy, Since our resent one was a trator." he said spitting the words out to Rainkit and Berrykit.

Berrykit's Furr bristled.

Rainkit looked up and stood tall, bristling her fur too, My parents may be trators but not me! she thought to herself I'll never be like them!

" I say these words before Starclan." he said trying his best not to bring up Brokenclaw, he didnt wanna honor that cat,''So that they will hear and approve my choice." He said looking down on the cats of his clan.

Robinkit glared at Nightstar. The way he was treating Berrykit and Rainkit was so unfair! Robinkit had grown up with them mostly and they were very nice!

Goldenstorm looked up at her leader. Brokenclaw had a good chance of being killed. Nightstar was a wise leader, she respected his decision even if it was not what she would have done.

Nightstar glazed over his clan once more trying to decide the best cat to be deputy, the cat he would look for advice from and everything, and the next leader of his clan.

(( nobody is playing marshfur yet he is in the forum of cats that need to be role played. until then i will roleplay him if need))
"Marshfur will be the new deputy of Swampclan." Nightstar said. admiring Marshfur's feirce personality and ambition to be strong. he would keep this clan feirce if i ever die Nightstar thought. "you are a great warrior." Nightstar said.

Berrykit glared at Marshfur. he was a great warrior but he was tough and feirce just like Nighstar.

Rainkit poked Berrykit to show her disaproveing of him glaring at him " Marshfur is our new deputy get use to it." she said under her breath."

Marshfur stood and nodded his approval. " I will serve you well Nightstar.'' he growled." I wont let anybody in the clan down." he said feircely ready for his new dutys and power.

Rainkit tapped Berrykit on the shoulder and walked to the nersury.

Berrykit followed her leaving behind Deventheart in the clearing.

Nightstar jumped down from the leadstone. "Marshfur." he said padding over to him. "Take out a patrol. a small one for prey." he said
