Bio: Tokaru is probably one of the weirdest girls you'll ever meet, she hasn't been much into Angelic Layer much, her mother insisted that she get a normal hobby like other girls and she wasn't about to take up some art class. Tokaru was raised by her mother and father in a quaint and quiet home. Her parents often encouraged Tokaru's free spirit but by the time she reached 13 years old she was boardering on psychotic. Tokaru's mind is an enigma, no one's really sure if she can even break it. Her doctor and parents believed that the mental ability and focus it takes to control an angel, might get her back to normal. Tokaru in some cases is a little schitsophrenic and bipolar, there's no exact knowing on what she's going to do next or how she'll react. Now 16 years old Tokaru's behavior hasn't changed or improved much.
