I've been checking up lately on MI "Mugen-Infantry" a few weeks ago the database was down so they could do a upgrade or recode it. I just paid a visit to the site to check up on it and MI's database is back up a running.
Also to torrent users: If you're looking for RARE's it will be hard some are just lies or half a** ones that didn't get coded all the way and as a warning please read the message below.
