Copper munched happily on some grass. He was glad the sun was out. For the past few days it had been pretty cold and cloudy. But not today. There was a bit of frost on the ground but it would soon melt. Copper looked up at the sky. Of course there was clouds. But not many. He trotted away from the little grass patch he'd been munching on and whinnied joyfully.

Niele watched the Brownish looking stallion.She stood on a hill a little ways from him.He looked like someone she had seen before.She shook her head and rolled her eyes are herself."Hm....Who is he?He's joyfull?"Niele blinked.Well she wasn't much of a joyfull mare.But she was happy and sometimes joyfull.Niele still watched him.The sun was bright.But somewhat cold.

Copper had no idea someone was watching him. He decided to try an old game and hopped from grass patch to grass patch. However he found an even more fun game when he slid on some of the frost on the grass. He kept doing this. "Wheee!" he yelled every time he slid. He was enjoying himself. He didn't care if anyone thought he was being silly.

Niele blinked and watched him.She troted towards him.She wanted to know what he was doing."Hey!You there.What are you doing?"Niele slid to a stop standing a little ways from him.

Copper looked up from his fun wide-eyed. "Having fun. Look, you just slide until you stop. See?" he said sliding back and forth in front of her. "Try it!" he laughed and smiled at her. He would have thought it obvious what he was doing. But maybe she'd never had fun before.

"Copper, nice to meet you. I told you." he chuckled. So she knew what fun was. Well that was a relief. If she didn't he'd have to explain it. And that was not something Copper was very good at doing. But what would they do after this? What if she didn't know how to do anything else? He shook his head and told himself to stop thinking so much. He was so focused on his thoughts however that he collided with Niele. He found himself on the ground. "Oops! I'm sorry. Ar eyou ok?!" he asked and got up.

Niele fell over and looked at him.She laughed."Its ok.I'm fine."Niele stood up and smiled."I'm fine its alright Copper."She said softly.

Copper laughed. "I...Guess I kinda lost myself in the fun. Didn't notice what I was sliding into." he laughed.
Bly snuck up behind his father and nudged him. "Boo!" he said. When his father didn't jump he frowned. He looked around to see Niele. "Pa, who's this?" he asked curiously. "You're very purple." he said to Niele.
Copper turned to his son. "This is Niele." Copper said and looked over at her then quickly turned his head back to Bly when his son stated quite clearly that the mare was purple. "Bly! That's not nice!" he said. "I'm sorry." he said quickly to Niele.
"But it's truueee!" Bly complained but shrugged anyways.

Bly trotted over to her. "Well, see pa!" He stood in front of Niele with a grin on his face. He watched her close her eyes. "You tired?" he asked loudly. If she was asleep he had no idea.
Copper sighed and watched his son prance over to her. "Bly...Maybe it's time you left?" he suggested to his son.
"Why? Maybe you should leave, pa!" Bly frowned at his father and pouted.

Niele snorted at him and looked straight at the little one."No."Niele snorted more and turned away.She troted to behind Copper.She put her head to the ground looking at Bly."Leave me alone...."She said like a little one.

Bly's little mouth opened to form a complete circle along with his eyes. "What'd I do?" he asked forgetting about calling her purple.
Copper groaned. "Bly, just go." he said. "Come on, we'll both go together." he said and beckoned to his son.
Bly grinned. "Ok." he said and when his father said goodbye to Niele and began walking Bly followed after him. "Tell me a story pa." he said. If he knew his father correctly he would start ranting about something that had happened to him once. When Copper began to do so Bly stopped walking after his father and turned. He ran back to Niele. "Hi!" he said now standing in front of the mare again.
Copper had in fact noticed that his son was gone. He figured he'd learn his lesson if Niele gave him a good kick. So Copper just walked home in silence with a smirk on his face.

((He knows she won't be too mean. He also knows in the back of his mind that if Bly does learn a lesson, he'll probably forget it or not even realize it. xD))
Bly watched her and laughed. "What'cha doin'?" he asked curiously and copied her pacing. It was rather fun. He soon got dizzy but didn't notice it until he fell down. "How'd I get on the ground?" he asked stupidly and sat up. He gazed around himself with wide, curious eyes. He shrugged and got back up to start pacing again. He fell again and said the same thing, forgetting that he'd already said it. This time, however, he didn't get back up. The world around him was still spinning crazily and he swayed around singing Mary Had a Little Lamb. It was something he sang too often.
