Meretse was all but brimming over with questions. She hated to ambush anyone, but living in ignorance didn't seem all that smart either. So she made her way to the dome and slipped inside, hoping to find someone with a little bit of patience and a lot of answers.

Earlier in the day, Laiyoon had slipped into the dome for a nice place to rest after visiting with her eggs. The older girl lay stretched along a row of seating, one arm rested under her head, her other hand rested over her stomach as she rested in the warm light. As Meretse made her way into the echo-y area, Laiyoon's eyes opened, and with a confused little blink she pulled herself up to glance around. Oh, Hello there. Are you lost? Her voice was soft, still terribly shy despite her best efforts to be more outgoing. She offered the young blonde Serpenti a smile, and a soft little laugh escaped her lips.

"I don't think so. I hope not," she amended with a faint blush and a small smile. "Am I not supposed to be in here?".

Oh, you're welcome to be here! Laiyoon's cheeks warmed with blush and she clasped her hands in her lap, knowing well enough she lacked the neccessary people skills to make the other feel comfortable. I simply asked because you seemed uncertain. The older girl nodded and tucked her hair behind her ears, her rose orbs examining the bright colors of the blonde.

"Oh. I just didn't want to interrupt.". She bit her bottom lip and came a little further in. "I was hoping there'd be someone to talk with, actually.".

Laiyoon offered the girl a nod and gestured for her to come closer. I promise, you weren't interrupting anything more than a lazy day, she chimed, her voice a soft giggle that echoed through the dome. There is nobody but me here for now, but you're welcome to talk with me.

Mertse's smile broadened and she did move closer, nervousness fading a bit as she did. "Thank you," she offered, followed shortly by, ""I'm Meretse."

Meretse, Laiyoon repeated, offering a bright smile to the young blonde. It's a pleasure to meet you! My name is Laiyoon. She patted the cushioned bench beside herself again before clasping her hands in her lap once more, and stressed her lower lip before giggling softly. Was there something in particular you were hoping to talk about, or did you just wish to talk? Blush grew on Laiyoon's cheeks as she realized that despite the soft tone, the question could come off a little harsh, but instead of trying to correct or justify herself, she simply hoped that the younger girl wouldn't take it that way at all. It was only natural to seek out interaction, and she well knew that herself.

Jordyn could hear voices in the dome as he slithered carefully forward. His 'sister' had warned him not to leave their little home, or at least wander too far, so this was where he had ended up. Honestly, he couldn't tell if he had gone too far or not. He just knew that he was where he was, and he couldn't change that he'd made it there. Proud of his reasoning, he puffed up. He was little and still technically a newborn, but he could get his meaning across quite well. Wiggling his tail, he smiled at it, then moved closer.
He recognized one voice but not the other, and he wasn't sure that he should interupt, but then a sparkle of some kind caught his attention. He was half-way to the shiny that had piqued his interest when he realised he was in very plain sight of the two older serpents. Damn his childlike curiosity! His soul was not used to being so young. Glancing at the two before him, he could easily tell that the woman in pink and white was the eldest of the two.
Being caught unawares without Mal to hide behind, or snuggle into, the baby boy felt exposed. Not knowing what else to do, he straightened himself up and wiggled closer to the two. Smiling ear to ear, he waved and spoke to the first non-family he'd ever met. "Hello!"

Oh! Laiyoon squeaked in surprise as she spotted the little'n before her. Hello there, sweetheart. Leaning forward slightly so she didn't feel so much taller than Meretse and the neon-haired child, she gestured for Jordyn to come closer. Are you out all by yourself today? Her voice was soft, with a genuine curiousity as her rose orbs examined the boy. who she felt was still all too young to be out on his own.

Smiling happily at the much taller woman before him, Jordyn nodded in answer. Wiggling his tail anxiously, he wormed closer and held his arms out to the girls in the same way any baby would ask to be picked up. Wriggling his fingers, he grinned. "I don't mean to be rude, but could one of you please pick me up?" Cocking his head to the side, he shrugged with his arms still held up. "I feel awfully small compared to the two of you." Working his tongue in his mouth, he giggled as he finished his sentance. This child-sized mouth was still hard to get used to. As was his little voice. Oh, he couldn't wait to grow up and he hoped it wouldn't be too much longer until he started getting back to the 'right' size.

"Not necessarily about anything in particular, just..." She hesitated. "I have so many things that come up to ask at the oddest times."
Jordyn's arrival was a welcome distraction. "I can do it,"she offered, "if you don't mind." She moved closer. She could manage picking up one young boy.

Laiyoon smiled between the two younger serpenti, her eyes warm with welcome of them. Questions and curiosities are a good thing, I'll gladly do my best to help you better understand whatever you may be unsure about. The brunette clasped her hands in her lap as she watched the blonde lift the boy, and she tilted her head as she examined them both quietly, curious as to whether or not her own little ones would be so quick to develope as the boy was, as no other she'd seen herself had seemed to come along so swiftly with their progress.

Jordyn smiled brightly as Meretse lifted him into her lap. Clasping his hands about her neck, he kissed her gently on the cheek in thanks. "That was very kind of you," he added as confimation of his gratitude. Patting down his wild pink hair, he laughed aloud but to himself. "I'm sorry," he said guietly, "I forgot to introduce myself." He held a hand out to the brunette and cocked his head in a child-like manner. "I'm Jordyn!"
Fiddling with his cross in his other hand as he waited for her to take his hand, the young boy looked down quickly at his tiny body and stumpy tail. "For some reason I feel like I haven't ever been in such a small form before," he confided in the two women. He laughed as he thought about it, and instead of letting Laiyoon take his hand he quickly reached out and placed his little palm on her cheek. "I'm being silly, huh?"

Laiyoon offered Jordyn a sheepish smile, and giggled almost nervously as she tucked her soft locks behind her ear again. Perhaps just a little. Though to be honest I'm so very impressed with your ability to hold yourself up and to speak clearly that it's gone unnoticed.
Letting out another soft laugh, Laiyoon, gently touched her fingertips to his small hand on her cheek. It's very nice to meet you, Jordyn. My name is Laiyoon, and this here is Meretse. Despite wanting to question him on what he meant by feeling like he hadn't been in such a small form, she kept herself hushed, her rose orbs examining the children as she almost wasn't sure anymore whether or not she really was awake.
