Rounding off at roughly 6' tall Ianto is on the tall side, whilst of slight build he is stronger than he looks. Ianto prefers to keep his hair, thick and a rich dark brown, short and slightly styled in the font. His eyes are a pleasant blue-gray. Personality:
Ianto is an observer, he is curious, insightful, analytical, and introverted by nature. He enjoys watching things from afar and viewing life in an objective manner. He enjoys being around people, but is rather sensitive when it comes to his and other feelings- so if he starts to freeze up, act aloof, or avoid you that means he's scared or uncomfortable with his situation.
Ianto also has a keen sense of integrity, and will often stick with his word through thick or thin. While he doesn't have as many friends as other teens of his age- he is incredibly loyal to those he knows well, especially Natalie a long time friend, who he often spends most of his time with.
Pronouncing Ianto's(YAN-toh) name wrong , dragging him to places he doesn't fit in well, intruding his privacy, endangering his friends, and acting overly dramatic are ways to get on Ianto's bad side. This often includes a Harsh/Autocratic/Almost Cruel "No Second Chances" Attitude.
Power/Description:
Perception Deception, similar to our friend Claude in Heroes Ianto can cause objects to become invisible- with an added bonus he can also cause audible noise to be muffled so that others can not hear. He can also spread his power to people in a close vicinity of himself. For example if Ianto were to talking to you, he could make it possible for people to become completely oblivious to that you were there and your conversation wouldn't be heard. And if you were to see Ianto and said person on the corner of a street you would dismiss them as something you'd see out of the corner of your eye.
Greatest Strength:
Ianto's ability fits in nicely to his personality, allowing to observe the world pass by unseen or let him think alone and have a small moment of quiet and peace on a hectic day. Though while he does not actively do this Ianto's ability is perfect for following, spying, and thieving- but due to Ianto's strong sense of integrity he does not do those activities.
Greatest Weakness:
Though while this powers seems overdone there are some rather nasty side-effects. Most of the time Ianto doesn't realize that he is using his power, so he will often vanish from sight during any given time, during conversation, during class, etcetera. Also to use his ability on multiple people they have to be either touching him or within a meter of his person, for the time being that is. Also his ability can backfire at times and cause him to lose his sight or hearing at times.
Biography:
Born and raised in San Fransisco, from Welsh and American parents, Ianto knows the city like any local. Often hanging out in parks and local hangouts Ianto, leads a quiet and pretty much normal life. He lives with his parents in a medium sized apartment, where privacy is short to come on at times. He doesn't speak with any sort of accent besides at home with relatives and family- and often will revert back into Welsh when things don't go exactly as planned.
A few years back, around the age of 15, Ianto discovered his ability- a secret he keeps much to himself, failing to tell his parents or even his closest friend Natalie. He prefers not to use his ability to often- only at times when he is incredibly stressed/scared or simply needs to get away.
He has a positive outlook on life and is currently enjoying his year in High School.
