I hate to break it to you cusp believers but Cusps are a myth
It has to be one sign or the other, but if you feel you have both then maybe if you got your whole birthchart it may make sense.Here is a link to have your true sign- (remember you must know what time you are born and where you are born plus your birthdate. You may be able to get away with it if you don't know your birthtime but those are more to find your moons. If you want to be accurate on the so called 'cusps' but accurate with the times ^^) http://www.cainer.com/If it just sends you to a normal page then click on the left 'Whats my sign?' I don't know. The guy keeps saying I'm a Scorpio, which I know I am not. I act way to much like a Sagittarius to be a Scorpio.

They're free, you just put in your details (using a fae name if you want) and it makes you a chart that should be accurate. The site is here: www.astro.com Often when people born on cusps feel like they should be the other sign or feel like a mix between the two, it's because something like mercury is in the other sign.

Ha! I asked my mom about the time again, and she gave me my birth certificate to check. Turns out she was off by 23 hours!
So I am a Sagittarius!

Does that mean your birthday is actually on a different day to what you thought, or was it the difference between, say, 1 am and just before midnight on the same date? You should also check your other placings again then - your ascendant may differ, as could your moon, etc.

nope, same day. She told me 30 minutes to an hour after midnight in the morning, but it was one hour and fourteen minutes before midnight at night.
same for every thing already listed but the sun sign. I used to say I was a libra ascendant, because of course if I'm before two o'clock in the morning I am. But if I'm at 11:14 P.M. I'm everything that site Fogwolf gave me said I am.
