This is basically like a simple jist of the Newbie Lounge I thought i'd put this up since it seemed necesarry for newbies who get into a guild and have no idea what do.
Those who AREN'T new, show the newbies around if they have questions and be kind to them we want them to feel welcome. And if they are really in need, they might be added as one of the people who need help in the "Operation Smile" Club (see "Operation Smile" Club Sticky in the main forum).

Q:Ok i joined so um.....what now?A:Usually a good way to start off in a Guild is to introduce yourself to everyone. If the Guild has a mini thread or anything like that to introduce yourself then go on right ahead. You are a member, so don't be shy.
Q:What cool stuff is there to do in the Guild?A:In our Guild if you have absolutely no idea of what to do you can say random stuff or chat about things with others. You can join a couple of our organizations that are going on, check out the subforums that deal with anime, roleplaying, or spread love and cuteness around by adding cute videos art etc. because thats what the guild is all about! If you have an Idea to start something cool in the guild as well, don't be shy to try it as long as it follows the rules.
Q:After getting more experience in the Guild, how can i become a moderator if i wish to be?A:Choosing moderators is always hard because you have to choose someone responsible and trustworthy of course. If you are an active member, who is VERY helpful, creative, and does a lot for the guild, while maybe also showing good skills, then you might be asked to become a moderator.
Q:Can i earn gold in this Guild?A:Here and there we will be holding contests and such so that others will have fun and earn gold at the same time.
Q:I was invited to this guild, um....did i win the lottery or something? >.>A:Mainly and almost all the time people are invited to this guild because the person who is invited seems cool and all, and the person who invited them thinks they would enjoy the guild.
Q:There's something im kinda worried about/concerned with/completely confused about etc, so who do i turn to?A:You can always ask the guild leader anything or one of the other moderators, but you must PM them. If one of the moderators/guild owner does not reply right away you can ask another moderator or try and ask another member of the guild. Just remember you can also post your questions in the Newbie Lounge thread if it's not personal or important or anything like that.
Q:How do I become a featured member of the Guild?A:Deciding upon a featured member relies on a broad range of things usually the member's activeness in the guild. But it can also rely on number of posts, donations, and any other contributions.
