If someone is talking then you need to put quotes around it " ". Example:
One of the kids said, "Cool puppet."
The quotes clearly point out that this person is talking.
If someone is thinking something then put brackets around it [ ]. Example:
The kid was excited, [This puppet stuff is so cool.]
The [ ] clearly point out that this person is thinking to himself.))

Then back of Meijin , Kunai were thrown at him. As he caught all of them. He notice that they were Mokuzai kunai. Then as the person attack him he replace. Who the idiot now b***h. Then as he turn around he saw a explosive tag on the ground. Meijin "said oh s**t". As Meijin flew to his desk and landed on his chair [he wonder who it was].
