Jack Frost had finally arrived in Zatao: streets that were covered in tourists dressed for a day of shopping or the beach were now garbed in sweaters, pants, and scarves. Icicles hung from the street lamps as a white blacket covered the sidewalks and roads. Delicate flakes drifted from the cloudy heavens as human and pokemon alike either played in the cold frost or rushed homeward for a warm fireplace and a cup of hot chocolate.
Jens' breath drifted out in small puffs as she stood in the ice-covered park, watching two of her beloved pokemon entertain themselves. Wrapping the thick jacket around her a bit more, she scuffed the snow with her boots before stepping forward; the trainer sunk up to her knees as the knitted hat on her messy hair was pulled downwards.
Aeon, on the otherhand, was scampering around with a red scarf around his neck; so far, his season had been a joyful one. Despite his loss of vision in one eye, he had gained something far more precious....a child. A daughter to be exact, and that little one was enjoying her first Christmas here in the park under the watchful eye of their trainer and himself.

Jenette had planned to met Jen in the park to let their pokemon roam about and she smiled. It was nice to be on friendly terms with her. The judging at the mock pokemon contest had been fun and they had gotten to know each other a little better.
Upon entering the park she released her pokemon. Nanook went in search of a nice place to make a fire blanket for him and Venna to crawl up in. Ophelia refused to come out in the wet and cold and returned to her pokeball before she got dirty... and Spalding went chasing after his son. He was so proud to have two beautiful boys, one was with their mother Faither and the other tagged along with dad.
Necua darted off, his tail lighted at the tip, something his friend Abiba had taught him and Spalding huffed and puffed to stay caught up with his boy.
"Jen!" Jenette called, waving an arm over her head and she drew closer.

"Jenette! Hey!" Jogging up to her friend, she pulled her into a small hug before releasing her. "It's good to see ya again, what's new?" Jen motioned towards a nearby bench so they could sit down and watch their pokemon. Her pokemon had been the same way almost to the dot: Aya was off somewhere walking around, Aura was happily bouncing from snowdrift to snowdrift while Ace had stayed in his pokeball.
Aeon ears twitched as the panting drew closer and closer; glancing up as a white pichu darted past, Aeon grinned at his exhausted friend. "What's wrong, Spalding? Can't keep up with the younger generation?" Laughing, he used his tail to flick some snow in the others' direction.
Abiba was shaking out her coat when the familiar light bobbing around caused the little pokemon to cry out happily. Lighting up her own tail, she raced towards Necua with full intentions of playing in the snow with her friend.

Spalding stopped when the snow hit his face. "It gives me excersize since I don't battle quite as much as yourself Aeon!" He laughed as he slowly caught his breath. He tossed a small ball of snow at his friend and fell back, sitting down now. His eyes were shining as he watched the children play.
Necua heard Abiba cry and he ran in her direction, going in for a pounce we he saw her. "Pi!! Pichu!!" He called as he swung his lighted tail around happily.
Jenette held her friend in a hug and joined her on the bench. "Well nothing too much. Really just finding a place to make homebase. I have been wandering from hotel to hotel, trying to figure out where I want to live. At least there is no problem with money. That's the good thing about having rich parents!" She laughed for she tried her hardest to earn her own money. "So what are you going to do for chirstmas?" She asked quietly. She had thought about going back home but knew it wasn't a good idea.
