The Last of the Timelords

Well I was sitting in my basement last night watching BBC America(it's the only thing I get over here), which Doctor Who was on, and it happened to be "Doomsday"(I believe). And at the very beginning one of the lines from the conversation between the Dalek and Cybermen intrigued me, it went something like this:
Cybermen: "Consider this, our technologies are compatable, together, we could Upgrade the Universe"
Dalek: "Request denied"
Pewpew, vazoom, pewpew, vazoom
And it all ended with the Cybermen dead... but, what if the conversation happened differently, what if the Dalek said "That would be bitchen!" or something along those lines, and the two possibly most notorious villans in Doctor Who teamed up to create the Cyleks. Would it have created an enemy not even the Doctor could take down? An enemy powerful enough to enslave those willing or destroy those not? Would there have been a malfuncion, and they all just dance to disco?
What are all you Whovians oppinions? I must know.

Thats a bit of a toughie, since Daleks want to destroy everyone 'inferior' to them, and Cybermen want to upgrade them. So if there was to be a mix, they'd have to choose which one of those they were going to try and do...
Well the Daleks had a go at combining with humans which didn't work out too well, but since the cybermen are pretty much robots....
Hm, well the way I see it is cybermen made out of dalekanium (that can levitate of course) who go around either killing everyone or upgrading them. They wouldn't be impossible to kill of course, but considerably more difficult... if there were enough of them I don't the the Doctor would stand a very good chance. ~~~ Then again, he's a pretty resourceful guy.

K-9 Mark II They'd be very effective. Everyone would die laughing. Indeed they would... however, I think that the thing still needs it's Head Handles
