Only post if you have been summoned by the pack alpha.
This is a starter spot.
Having spent yet another busy day preparing to greet her new pack members, Nuikuru laid by the small wooden arch-bridge, her head down in the dead grass. It would snow within a few days, and the snow was certainly a welcome guest, playing a vital part in preserving body heat. Now there was merely frost on the ground, making everything shine and glitter. But frost was a fickle friend and a cunning enemy. It froze all water that had seeped onto the surface of the ground, leaving hidden icy traps all over the open plain.
She waited patiently, ears straight up and alert for any sound of someone approaching, a glint of hope of a new rise of her pack keeping her spirits up despite the hostile feeling environment.

Momiji walked across the dead grass, having followed the map to this point. His orange eyes spotted Nuikuru. A short distance from where she lay, he bowed deeply. "Hello Miss Nuikuru"

Mist and Haruhi walked side by side following the Map. Eri didn't really want them to go but when continued to presist she finally gave in. Now that they were on their way it was getting colder. Haruhi shivered and looked at Mist who was holding the map "Are we almost there?" Mist looked from the map "I beileve so..." She looked up to see that they were nearing the meeting spot and saw Nuiks and Momiji already there. She tucked the map away and they trotted over bowing at the same time. "Good to see you Nuikuru." They both said to her.

Taru sighed, she had finally reached the territory of the Oka Pack, the pack she'd dreamed about being in for ages. She'd had some doubts and worries along the way but now she was here. She had made her choice and hoped Rasen would make the same choice as well. Before she stepped over to the others and bowed to nuikuru she said, "Beta Couple, Hopefully, here we come."

After having taken the time to say their goodbyes, the three wild siblings finally made it to their destination.
"Looks like we're a little late," Quick observed, glancing at her brother and sister who both shrugged.
Then, as one, they moved forward and bowed deeply to the alpha.
"Hello again, Miss Nuiks," Quick said then smiled and gestured to her younger brother and sister.
"This is Nexus and Tay," she introduced, since her siblings had never met Nuikuru before.
Both smiling, Nexxy and Tay bowed a second time to the older female.

Rasen walked silently, thinking of his family and how he'd hardly be able to see them again. He wished the best for Chi and Doku-kun.
"Hello Miss Nuikuru. I do believe that I am ready. I'm here with Taru... sorta. She got here before me but I plan to live my life by her side. My appologies for the late arrival, I had a few things to deal with before I came." Rasen bowed as low as possible in greetings. "Oh, and thank you for your blessings." He then proceeded to walk over to Taru and sit next to her.

Nuikuru smiled as Momiji was the first to arrive, bowing her head as she rose up onto her feet. Wings folded to her sides, she moved her eyes to the second to arrive only a moment after the dark male.
"Well met, Momiji, Mist, Haruhi. Glad to have you joining." She smiled sincerely, offering the two sisters a small bow of her head in greeting.
Soon after Taru arrived, and Nuikuru bowed in return. She'd noticed the bright markings a good distance away. While offering her greetings, the gang of three approached, and Nuikuru smiled again. "Well met, Quick'. A pleasure finally meeting you two, Nexus and Tay."
As Rasen arrived, the alpha bowed politely once more. His arrival left them short of Dark and Light, but she was glad to have summoned the rest within the day, left her more time to introduce them to the surroundings. "Well met, Rasengan. Don't worry about it, you're all earlier than I expected any of you to be. Happy to see your enthusiasm. I feel it's only polite we wait a moment for Dark and Light for a moment before leaving for the forest."
The alpha eyed the mis-matched group thoughtfully, her long ears relaxedly pointing back. She gave a small smile to the lot. "I'm sorry I have to introduce you to out grounds when the months are at their most hostile. But you can consider yourselves to be very tough members by the the spring eases our living conditions."

Unable to help himself, Nexus soon began to fidget, his hyper nature getting the better of him even during so serious an occasion.
"Relax, there's no telling when the last two new members will show," Quick chided, rolling her eyes.
"Go mingle or something if you're so antsy," she added then moved to go speak with Nuiks.
Pouting slightly, Nexxy looked around the grouping and spotted Mist. Smiling slightly, the tiger-striped male trotted over to her, his tails flicking from side to side.
"Hullo Mist!"
Tay sat back and simply watched her siblings for a moment, chuckling quietly to herself. Their bickering never failed to amuse her..
Smiling, she trailed after Quickening, curious what she had to say to the alpha.
"It's a pleasure to see you again, Miss Nuiks," the oldest of the three Namasi siblings greeted the alpha then sat and beamed at the elder female, reverting back to her kit stage.
"You'll be working with us on our magic soon, right?" she asked excitedly.

After a final goodbye to Kaju Light and Dark had set off to go find Nuikuru.
Dark gave Light a excited but worried look. Aoi popped out of the tufts of his hair to chitter a bit at Light. "I am nervous Light... What if they dont like me?" She gave Dark a sigh.
"You will be fine. Besides we are late..." She saw the small group looking impatient as they waited for them. "Sorry we are late." Light and Dark bowed in unison to Nuikuru. Aoi looked curiously from Dark's hair.

When Dark had come Haruhi wiggled excitedly and scooted over to him. She whispered "Hi." In his ear and waited for him to finish talking with Nuiks.
Mist turned to see Nexxy she grinned "Hello. Isn't this exciting?"

Nuikuru, having given the group a once-over, now focused on Quickening as she approached. She gave a warm smile at her, her eyes squinting a little at the sight of her. Why yes, she'd grown a lot since last time.
"There's a time and place for everything, young Quick'," Nuiks replied, her amused smile growing a little. "Learning your inner skill takes time, patience, and practice. First and foremost I have to get you guys used to living outdoors. Eventually, though, I'll see into helping each and every one of you find your skill."
She glanced past Quick, noticing the last two she summoned arrive, only a little later than the rest. Content at such a fast paced action, she bowed her head at them separately.
"No harm done, twins. Glad to have you joining us."
And with the reinforcements to her pack now in one place, she glanced up at the sky. Daylight would fade fast, and with the clear sky, it'd be a chilly night. Not yet calling the lot on the move, she figured it'd be best to let them hang around a moment to let out most of their excited steam.

While it seems they were taking a break until they left Dark lifted his head from the bow once Nuik had given him a bow back and turned to Haruhi who had wiggled her way closer to him. "Hi Haru! Isnt this so exciting!" Aoi was watching carefully from his hair. She was very confused.
Light lifted her head as Nuik had given her a bow aswell and she sat down and sighed. She saw Momiji but she was tierd and didnt want to go to him just yet. She closed her eyes to try and slow down her heart rate.

"Yes, very exciting," Nexxy agreed wholeheartedly, beaming at Mist.
"I just can't wait until Miss Nuiks actually starts teaching us about pack life. I can't stand just sitting around," he whined, squirming.
Giggling, Modesta darted from his forelock and came to rest on one of his ears where she turned to Mist and chirruped a greeting at the female wild.
Pouting slightly at the gentle reprimand, Quick turned to glance at the two latecomers. Curious, she studied them for a moment then immediately turned back to Nuikuru.
"I'm sorry for being so impatient, but I just can't contain myself," she explained, her face coloring slightly with embarrassment.
"I've been looking forward to this ever since I first met you, Miss Nuiks."
"Hehe, I can vouch for that," Tay chipped in, amused. Then she turned and wandered over to greet her first friend, Taru.
"Well met, Taru," she said brightly then looked at Rasengan and bowed slightly.
"Hello, I'm Tay."

Haruhi nodded her head up and down quickly. "Yeah! I can't wait till we can go to our new home! " She wiggled and thought abou the dangers there might be.
Finn curious to see Dark again peeked out from behind Harhi's ear and started chittering at him.
Mist nodded "Yeah. I know what you mean. And it's been getting quiet hectic at my house with all the new arrivals and such." SHe sighed a bit thinking about home. She would miss it but knew she could visit some time. She looked up at the pixie and smiled "Hi Mod."
Song stayed behind Mist's forelock hiding from Modesta. She was to hyper for her liking.

Pleased, Mod chittered at Mist, returning the female wild's greeting. And then, content with herself, she settled back into Nexxy's forelock, not paying any attention to Song. The other pixie was too mellow for her liking..
"New arrivals? Lucky. There haven't been very many new additions to my home. It was actually getting sort of boring," he said with a pout. But really he was pouting because he was already missing his foster family..
