Personality: Rei is loud and tends to be a bit cocky. He likes having all attention on him and is extreamly lazy when it comes to doing any work. He's also known to be a bit of a theif.
Bio: Rei is new to the village and where he came from is unknown. He lives in the motel and seems to be a bit poor. He's arrogant never the less, and acts as if he owns the world. He steals most of his food and at times dissapears for hours on end. Not much is known about his family except that their not with him, he claims to be an only child but he sometimes tells story's about him and his "brother."

Family Bio: Even he doesn't know where he gets the Kekai Genkai from, he claims that non of his family could morph two types of chakra together but not much is known about his family either...
Personal Jutsu: Kinzoku Semeku : Metal Torture
By having his enemies inhale small peices of metal by throwing them in the air, he forces the peices to grow in their body causing damage to vital or non vital organs or muscles. He uses it to get information by torturing them until the speak. Unless the person forces the peices of metal out or they can take the pain, he has complete control over them.

By throwing specks of metal on the floor he can have them form into a cell as high and wide as he wishes trapping his enemy behind bars. The cage is metal, and can be cut or broken if the strength is right.
Weapon: He has a pouch filled with bits of metal of all kinds. The bag can fit in the palm of his hand and is filled with thousands of peices some bigger than others. The biggest peice being the size of a small pebble and the smallest being the size of dust.
