This is where you learn moves like kido and increase your battle skills. You can also practice your shikai, and bankai skills, as well as learn from other characters and fight them.
You need to make sure that when you practice in here you have been permitted by a crew member and practice while a crew member, or someone they approved for that time, is present while you practice. This applies to all expect for guild members who want to practice fighting with their shikai or bankai.
Fights here do not count as points to archive or master your shikai/bankai or learning new skills such as kidou, shunpo, and so on.

This is a rule so to limit the number of post in the rooms and to keep the crew members up to date on who wants some help. Just pm a crew member asking them to help you or to have them approve someone for them to train with. If you are found breaking this rule you will be spoken to by a crew member. If it continues it could lead you to being banned.
