Because Zac said he didnt want an album, and he wanted to focus on his acting career. Thats what he said on the interview i watched on E!.

He said in his Rolling Stone interview that if he did put out an album (which he isn't planning on) it would have like no singing and mainly acoustic stuff.

I'm actually glad he doesn't want to do a c.d. I love his voice, but I prefer to see his beautiful face on the big screen. But if you really wanna hear him sing so bad, buy the Hairspray soundtrack and listen to "It Takes Two" over and over. <33

i am sad he didnt make a cd but then again,it's hard to kno wat kind of sound u want...and u need atleast like 10 songs...he could take advice from corbin..so yea xd
