the maximum ride series was really cool 3nodding i really like how james patterson wrote it, it was very funny... do you know the fourth, and final, one comes out like april of '08? i can't wait whee and i totally love the twilight series... it was AMAZING and very well written... the fourth one of that, called breaking dawn, comes out in august of next year... yep, i do keep tabs on my favorite authors blaugh

I'm currently reading Eclipse. =]
It's actually right next to me.
My actual reason for reading Twilight is becasue it looked long, and I needed something to do. Plus, I felt left out on other forums who completely obsess over that series.
Maximum Ride didn't look good. I don't know why, though. So, I didn't read it.
The Harry Potter series bored me during the fourth book. Heh.

the twilight series is pretty awesome, and the maximum ride series looks a little lame, but really it is pretty awesome too... i don't get the big deal with the harry potter books... they were okay when i was in, say, the fifth grade, but now they are just sorta boring...

have you read the first Max ride books ? i think there is one called the Lake House or the Cabin or something but it starts off the series I read it in one night

I read the first one and didn't like it. The characters bothered me and I don't really like reading 1st person, I have read some of other James Patterson's books which are alson in 1st person [>.<] and I liked them. I just didn't like this book.

I have to say I like first person, gives you different insight then you normally would get, and I myself like to write my own short stories in first person ^^,

i don't mind 1st POV because the plot rocks. i prefer to write in 3rd person though.
and i didn't know there's gonna be a fourth one. surprised YAY! blaugh

the first one the angel expirement is the best i think but teh next one is pretty good and saving the world and other extreme sports is the second best

I really liked the Twilight series. I can't wait for the next book to come out. I don't know why I like it so much, because I don't really think the books are like others I like to read. Maybe I like them because they are different.
I've read the Maximum Ride series, but I only liked the first book. The first person POV didn't bother me, I actually liked it, but for some reason I really dislike the 2nd and 3rd books. I just think the plot went downhill and the writing didn't seem all that great after the first book.
I absolutely love the Harry Potter series! I love reading those books over and over, although I will skip some of the not-so-exciting parts when I re-read them.

Maximum ride is really good but I didn't like the way it turned out in the 3rd book. Is there a 4th? I've heard rumors but wasn't exactly sure.
