[ ] Gah, I hate those. I get them from time to time and it always makes me paranoid until I find out that I can log onto my account just fine. I had one of those dreams last night and it was awful. I kept changing my password frequently when I saw that there were posts that I never made in my post history and the outfit kept changing everytime I thought I was safe and booted the hacker out. The hacker kept getting back in moments later. It was scary... []

[] They were trying to take over my account completely by staying one step ahead of me. Luckily, a lot of the real Gaia hackers aren't that smart and leave evidence. []

Ack. I hate dreams about hackers...
Last time I had one of those it was about a neopets account that got scammed *Lame I know*
Honestly if one of my gaia accounts got hacked, I think we'd all be doomed.

I don't worry too much about that stuff.
If it ever happens, I guess my avatar will just go nakie or I'll quit, cuz I hate rebuilding anything.

There is a profile option that if you don't allow moderator PMs and you get hacked, the Gaia staff isn't responsible. Just saw that today. Toodles!

[] Yup, that's been there for a while. There's also the option for the "leaving Gaia" message. If you turn it off, Gaia won't be able to help get your stuff back. []

Ouch, figures that the most annoying things the site could come up with--big screens with red all over it, for example--could keep your account from getting hacked.
Scary dream, though.
