I belive it is not needed.If you kill off one speicies before its time the ENTIRE ecosystem will colapse.if that happens everything will die off until there is nothing left

ya well that could happen i mean really it could......i'm not totally sure but i'm pretty sure that would happen and then we would all die because of some stupid ppl

that could happen if you take away a major suplier of food
ex. mosquitoes
take them awway and the dragonflies, fish, birds, bats, and other insects would suffer, thus creating a chain reaction.....

I would say.. it depends on the animal. I mean, kill one species, then other species suffer. I did a project on this in the 6th grade. Let's say you get rid of every single spider. Spiders eat flies, and some other bugs. Without spiders, flies will over-populate (despite living for only 24 hours, supposedly) and as will the other bugs most probably. or you kill off owls, hawks, other birds of prey, their prey (snakes, mice, rats) will over populate, or vice versa, take away the snakes, rats, etcetera, the birds of prey will die off.

Ecosystems are very sensitive to human destructiveness.
We should be far more careful not to damage habitats and systems which many species rely on, for example, by deforestation, pollution or pesticide use.

i think its not entierly true but true to an exstint its like playing janga now that doesint mean its ok to kil one specis if it wont cause signifagint harm but thats why we need to only kill when theres over population becuse if there arnt enugh natural preditors around becuse thay were pushed out by human devlop ment or so on we have to take some resbons abilaty and help the naterl order

Although it may not be entirely true, they could go extinct pretty soon, such as the carrier pidgeons, people found out they could eat them, and they all got eaten, the last one alive was in a zoo all alone with no other one, and when it died that species became extinct

Yeah, and not just killing the animals. If you harm the environment, the animals suffer.
Yeah, cuz you know how when they cut down the bamboo in china, the poor pandas suffer. save the pandas!!!

this is what happens in the world today
1. We take everything greedily and in large amounts, only thinking about ourselves
2. These things start to become low and are dying off
3. The world relizes this at last minute and FINALLY tries to stop it
4. The lives will always be gone, and can never be back, and the scars of what we did are still there.
I hate that we just can't do things the right way, by taking care of what we do and watching our actions!

The carrier pigeon is extinct!!!!!How could they!! What if the animals could do all the things we could, do you think they would like it if they were all wiped away?! THey didn't like all the injustice in the Holocaust when people were killed for no good reason, but thats as bad as what we're doing to the animalllllss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're killing them for no reason!!!!!!! evil scream scream scream scream huff huff. sorry spazz moment there. I just hate when people act so dumb and so stupid, and hurt everyone as a result

Hi everyone...just here to join in ^.^! Anyway...I saw this show called An Arctic Tale last night...and the caps are melting bad because of our greedy use of energy and oils...in 2040, their may be no more ice!.....one more thing...If you look around us today, most of the stuff(i.e. Restaurants, food, clothing, tv's, new vehicles,...) It's all for entertainment... they say that anmals get bored easily. But we never stop to think how much entertainment WE need. So yeah...I'm done. If you want me to look in on more info, I shall make another topic and put something new on it every week. Just please tell me first.~Seasonals~
