Ah, clean coat and walking around with her head held high. Life was good for the teen, but she had heard a wicked rumor and it didn't really keep her mood light whenever she thought about it. Shaking her head Rally picked up her pace and ran threw the forest.
After seeing her father, Rally wanted to just get away from the pack and enjoy the air the woods offered and not the sea.

Why in Telk had she left the pack once more? It certainly wasn't to fetch a mischievous sibling or two, no, they were all safe and sound back near the water, last she saw them. Yet, something kept drawing her into the unknown, dark woods, sometimes so dark between the masses of foliage that the only thing she could see was her obnoxiously bright pelt of flames.
What was it? The shy young wolfess had no clue. But none-the-less, Flame yielded to it, paws racing through the underbrush, emerald eyes gleaming with curiousity. 'Look before you leap' was a personal rule to her, but this was one time she did not heed it, moving ever farther away from her packlands and home.

Running through the dark woods, that seemed to be her other brother's residence, the tri-colored femme had no true destination. She had grown accustomed to the cold rocks and the small foliage that littered the beach and the rest of the main pack, sharp sticks were not something her paw pads were use to. Regardless how many times she ventured out to look for the young male, Zachary.
Slowing her pace down the still growing teen swished her long and luscious tail to and fro. Quirking the black ears about as she trotted through the trees, Rally almost didn't catch sound of another's hurried paws as she picked up pace again. However, something tickled her nose and the hyper teen slowed to a antsy complete stop.
Tail swishing backwards and forwards, the happy tri-colored femme allowed her tongue to lolly about before sucking it back into her jaws. "Hello?" she howled out in greeting. Now, she didn't want to make the same mistake like last time, no good would come out of almost killing a new potential friend.

Stopping momentarily to sniff a curious bush full of deep colored, circular objects, Flame glanced around her. Ears tilted back and forth, picking up the faint chirpings of birds and the occasional rustle of a ground squirrel or rabbit amid the numorous scents that littered the forest, the femme mentally mapped her surroundings. If she was to go on more outings like this, one should surely know where one was going, right?
She smiled, quite enjoying the amount of sense in that. Knowing what she was doing was always good, helped her feel better about things if she had a grasp on the situation.
As interesting as the odd berries were, the prospect of another being here, was far more exciting. She was never one for lengthy conversation, but by the tone of the howl, it was quite friendly. Female? Must be, she'd never heard such a falsetto on a male!
Giving a howling yip in reply, Flame glanced around her, trying to pinpoint where the other wolf was.

Dancing in her place, Rally listened for the reply of another. In moments she heard what she was looking for and she darted into the woods to look for the other.
"Hello! I'm Rally!" she barked into the air, she still held her puppy spirit and was really hyper. When she came into an area that held a scent she didn't recognized and looked around wuffling the air for the pinpoint of the new wolf's location.

This wolf certainly was quite excited at her arrival. Possibly a bit too excited? The small femme backed up into the mass of berry bush, not yet plucked clean nor dead by the hand dealt by winter. Because of her size Flame was easily able to scooch underneath the clump of foliage, nearly hidden except for her muzzle and forepaws.
As the other wolf burst into sight and yapped out a hyper call, the small pup couldn't help but have her doubts extinguished like a rain storm upon a freshly-lit match. She(it was a she, the pup was right) seemed quite harmless! And young as well, she couldn't be much older than herself!
Wriggling out from beneath the shadow of the berry bush, the fire-blazen female cleared her throat politely, looking up at her peer. "Hello." She replied shyly.

Rounding around some bushes Rally sniffed the air like a Hoover vacuum. At first she lost the other's scent in the small under growth, she was taller then the bushes now, but that now caused a problem. Other's were better at hiding then she was. A frown creased her maw.
However, the frown was only momentary as a dark she wolf slipped out from the bushes and exposed her flame hide. "Ooh, you have a beautiful coloring. You're parents must be very interesting colored wolves." Rally quickly rambled off as she bounces on the tip of her toes.
She then resaid, "Hello,I'mRally, who are YOU?"

As the older wolf chattered on like a busy little squirrel, Flame felt quite grateful for her unusual coloring, especially the black and red in her cheeks, for now they felt quite hot. She never got used to others praising or pointing out her coat so blatantly, even though it was a compliment. Being the most noticeable was the thing she wanted least of all. This femme though, Rally?, yes, that was it, was brighter than even herself!
At least she wasn't one of the only ones out there who looked like this. Politely she murmured a 'thank you', watching as the teen shift back and forth, like she had ants on her paws.
"I'm Flame, of the Airavata Pack. Nice to meet you, miss Rally." The pup chirped accordingly, not quite sure whether to be put off by this wolf's apparent confidence.

Watching the other, Rally hadn't really came in contact with others that felt uncomfortable around her, or she didn't recall it, so the quietness of the other had her thrown back. However, she did hear the other say thank you and, tail still flying, Rally smiled with lolling tongue.
"Oh, I'm from...umm...what is the pack...It's by a big body of water," she rambled on, before hearing one word that made her ear twitch. "Miss..miss, that is a name you use for someone that is a lot older then you. It's just Rally, and I'm glad to meet you, Flame." Again the femme allowed her jaws to move so quickly, it was a surprise anyone, save from Shelby, could make out anything that came out of her maw.

A big body of water? That quite vague... The pup thought slightly pessimistically, before scolding herself mentally. Perhaps this wolf hadn't the best memory, who was she to make a judgment? The thought still stuck though, as, deep-browed the young pup tried to catch onto everything she said. Which was quite hard when one went a million miles a minute. No-one in her pack ever spoke that fast, not that she knew of anyway.
"Of course M-...Rally. So, what brings you to this part of the woods?" Friendly conversation was always the best way to get to know one's neighbor. Even if you can't understand them...

Tail wagging about, like a proud banner, behind her, Rally bounded forward. She went around Flame and sniffed momentarily at a root puncturing up out of the ground. Scratching behind her ear briefly, the orange mask turned back to the other.
"I'm out here just adventuring, what about yourself?" Her tail never ceased wagging and her voice never slowing. After all the other seemed to be understanding her just fine.

Gasping lightly as the teenager launched herself forwards, the fire-furred pup quickly dipped her tail and scampered away about 12 feet. Panting, Flame risked a look back and found, instead of chasing her, Rally was, sniffing something? Not even something interesting, a root of all things! A normal, ugly tree root!
Turning around, though still stiff with a mixture of confusion and hesitance on her features, the pup watched her. What in the world did she do that for?!
At her casual response, the young femme couldn't help back just stare at her with bewilderment for a minute. "J-Just the same, actually." She squeaked softly.

Tilting her head to the side and perking her ears forward, Rally spotted the bewilderment in the other. "Whathappened?" she chirped, her tail hesitating only momentarily, but then picking up pace again.
"Oooh, So you adventuring too!" This excited the teen more, if that was possible. "Want to hunt the fawn that dug up this root?" She asked all out of the blue.

"Y-You jus..." The pup let out a confused breath, brow furrowed with confusion. Jaws lay slightly agape, but quickly out of manners the pup clamped them together while he head lay cocked. No words could describe her utter confusion at that moment that didn't come out as jibberish.
Giving a nod and deciding to drop the mess of the conversation she made, Flame admitted defeat. Then ears flicked up. "A fawn? But...why?" She inquired softly, without realizing how rude she could've just sounded. Simply bounding after a strange animal was hardly her idea of a fantastic idea.

"I just wha?" She was getting confused now, and instead of asking for more clarification. The growling of her stomach, actually brought a red tint to the orange face. "Because, I haven't ate anything over twenty four hours." Her voice was slow and slightly embarrassed.
However, that vanished quickly and Rally ran in a small tight circle. "Afterwards, we can go and explore the beach or find something to search in the woods."
