My theories:
Toph: I suppose they could work out, because Toph seems to look out for him much, but even if she didn't like him like that, she still would try to save his L-I-F-E, right? And she was GOING to kiss him in the Serpent's Pass episode. (even though Suki took that moment away)
Suki: She WAS technically his first love, right? She didn't get his first kiss, but she did meet him before Yue did. And of course he kinda went berserk when Azula mentioned her.
Yue: Dead, but he did get his kiss, right? And he thought twice before kissing Suki because of the full moon, which made him think of her.
Azula: Um....yeah no. I don't have anything else to say about this.
Ty Lee: For this, it is a possiblity. She likes him like that, although we're not sure if he TRULY has feelings for her. He could just have been being a ladies man when he said "Hi...." back to her in "The Drill"
Mai: Once again, NO.

It's hard to say who Sokka will end up with. I think that if he ever sees Suki again, it will be with her.

I want Toph to go with Aang or even Zuko.
I'm betting my money on Suki but, if I had it my way, I would go with Ty Lee. I think the two of them would be hilarious together.

I really wish he could end up with Yue in some freak accident omigosh kinda way that we didn't suspect. I don't know if he'll go for Ty Lee. She's very pretty I'll admit that, but she's just way to perky. You know the perky/creepy. So that'll scare him. Well the Mai thing I'm not quite that sure. So the only other person would be Suki. *shrugs* Suki's an okay person...I suppose...I'm a more Sokka/Yue fan, but Sokka/Suki is cool too.

Oh please, Ty lee and Sokka will be, at best, a fanon pairing. She just winked at him, and said he was cute, not that she loved him with all her heart. They've seen each other twice, and not once have they mentioned the other again. It doesnt go beyond 'hey, that's a nice piece of meat all the way over there'.
My bet is he'll end upt with Suki, but my hope is that he ends up with Toph. I've never really cared for Suki because the first impression she gave me is that she was just there for gurl powah, and I don't particularly like that concept.
Toph, on the other hand, I love. She's awesome like that, and the chemistry between her and Sokka is proved, not in a romantic way, I know, but it's definately there.
EDIT: Ok, let me clarify that last chemistry thing. I mean, of course Suki and Sokka have chemistry together, but what I feel is that Suki was pushed into Sokka, without really all that much developement. She was meant for him to respect and consider an equal (and then later develope into a romance interest), in the span of one episode. Whereas with Toph, their friendship has had more time spent on, and it flowed more naturally; we didn't know how it was going to go.

Well, of course, it's down to Toph and Suki right now.
Yue's dead, Sokkla is one of the crackiest ships out there, and Ty Lee doesn't seem very serious about him, just flirty.
You all know my bias of being an insane Tokka shipper (if the wars with Negi in each episode summary didn't clue you in), so keep that in mind while viewing my arguments.
Of course, I'd love Toph and Sokka to end up together. I think that if they do, however, it won't be very drawn out in the show. I think they'll get together like REALLY near the end, like in the last 10 minutes.
I also believe that it's ESSENTIAL to have Suki come back. I'm looking forward to the point in which she finally enters the picture, and the whole dynamic with Sokka.
I think part of his absolute fury at Azula was that she was hitting one of his chinks in his armour; Yue. Think about it, she was implicitly implying that he couldn't protect anyone. He feels a ton of guilt for Yue, and plus, he has sort of a 'protector' mentality. To think that he let another person he cared for slip through his fingers... yeah, uh, we all saw what happened.
I'm not so blind to not admit that the other part of the fury was the care and worry that he had for Suki though.
So, to sum it up, who will he end up with? I honestly, HONESTLY, not just from a shipping point of view, think that it would be better and more realistic if he ended up with Toph. Sticking with the general scheme of plot and character, not to mention the continuing chemistry between them, it'd be more realistic to have Tokka as the final pairing.

Whoa, I haven't dueled with Butterfly in long time. Gotta get back to work.... "Sorato" is from Digimon. It was the pairing name for Sora x Matt (Yamato). There was a lot of evidence in Season 1 for Taiora (Tai x Sora) but in Season 2 Sorato became a confirmed thing. It was literally out of the blue and surprised a lot of people. That's why I call it "pull a Sorato."
