I... mostly just read manga. ._. Anime's too popular now, but nobody reads anymore, so manga's pretty much safe. XD
As far as like, um, "real" books... I like The Giver. We read that in like, 5th grade, but it's a good book. XD
And I have The Nightmare Chronicles by Douglas Clegg. It's been a while since I've read that (I was... what, 12 or 13 the first time?). It's pretty grotesque in its descriptions though, so maybe that's not something you'd wanna read. XD

I enjoy all sorts of books. =] Lately I've been going towards the Science fiction/horror genre, though.
Generally I like to stick to series, as in the Cirque Du Freak or Demonata series by Darren Shan, or Tanya Huff's Blood Books/Smoke and Shadows [a bit more of an adult series.. xd ] They're both excellent. ^.^ I Just finished the last two series. gonk
A friend of mine has been trying to get me into the Manga. I just can't seem to get into it though, as much as I like the art. lol.
[/edit]I love your sig. XD

Mm...
I don't read much books, since I do not have the extra money to off and buy some.
Though sometimes I do surf the web for some free online manga.
xD
And if I like the manga book, I go off and buy it.

I read alot, I read fantasy books and science fiction mostly. I love The Outsides even though it doesn't really fit into those categories.

Grin Evilly says: I love reading books. I've been reading alot of memoirs lately. They're interesting.
Right now, I'm reading Z For Zachariah by Robert O'Brien for a novel study at school, and at home (when my head isn't buried in Z for Zachariah), I read a little bit of The Song Of An Innocent Bystander by Ian Bone. Although I haven't read it in awhile and I might start it over again, because I forgot what happens. xD ♥♥♥

I can't really tell what they're saying cause it was obviously written a long while ago. It boggles my mind. x_x
I was planning on reading To Kill a Mockingbird. Is it good? : D? ♥♥♥

I don't know why some people hate reading books. They're really interesting and you learn a lot from them. Also, it shows a different perspective of a problem you might've had.

I've been into historical fiction lately, so a lot of the books I've read are that. XD { I particularly enjoy anything set in England between the 1500's and the 1800's. surprised )
I, Elizabeth was a really good one, and I like a lot of Phillipa Gregory's books ( The Virgin's Lover, Queen's Own Fool, etc ). <3 Although hers don't' seem to be as historically accurate as others, I still enjoy it a lot. XD
I just finished one of the best books ever, Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell.
It combines historical fiction with fantasy and magic and its just, agh. >w<
The shortest 800 page novel I've ever read, I wanted more of it when I was done. XD
@Grinny: To Kill a Mockingbird is really good. C: I didn't enjoy it as much because I've been forced to read it twice now for school, but its still really good.
Wuthering Heights is just depressing. XD

Philip Pullman's: His Dark Materials trilogy...OH my GOD! seriously girls...these books are phenominal...cna't wait for the film ^~^
The Sparrow by Mary Doria Russell - jeees...if you don't like to be disturbed really easily, stear clear...but it is SO powerful. if you have a good stomach and are ready to try and get your head around lots of technical talk about space, religion, faith, love...i'd deffinately recommend it
The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold - again, it's a bit confusinf, but i loved it
So Much to Tell you by John Marsden - pure genius. it's short, but i was hooked
FLowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes - i cried...again, a bit hard to follow, but it is Sci-Fi ^^;
The Trick is to Keep Breathing by Janice Galloway - one of my most favouritest books...it's pretty much a narratation from a woman who's cracking up...it's amazing
Wicked by Gregory Maguire - just...just read it xd i was in tears of laughter <3
yeh...l LLOOOVVEEE books :3

I was planning on reading To Kill a Mockingbird. Is it good? : D? ♥♥♥ I love the Bronte sisters. Um yes. Very good. Some parts sadden me because it references to young puppy love and you keep thinking "oh how naive poor scout!". There are a few characters in the book one wants to take and lay across a train track though. The aunt and cousin francis being two of them. ><
