Apoy turned around, watching his 'twin' grumble and drag his feet. Tole never did enjoy having to stay at Realm but Soh was having another fit and staying there held more consequences.
"Can we stop now? It's not like not going all the way there will kill us." He hated it hated it hated it hated it. Too much walking really. No wonder old man Nassor just up and decided to stay here. Not to mention that Baby Boy went and had another fit. Gods why couldn't he of been born into a normal and small family.
Apoy sighed and sat, yielding to his darker cousin. The other flopped down before him and began to attempt dosing. He lifted his eyebrow and shook his head. Crazy Tole.

 It'd been months since the surly survivor of the Uchiha clan had surfaced from his self-imposed seclusion, and needless to say, Sasuke was not impressed. How long had it been since he’d come in contact with another--including his mate or his...well, son of sorts? Pale, silky ears twitched irritably at the thought while the male continued his moody scouring of the earth below, sprawled idly up on the branches of a gnarled tree. He'd heard the yammering of the one kitsu far before he'd seen him, and dark eyes were now settled with bored disdain on the dozing creature. How irritating.
His gaze soon flickered to the loudmouth's companion of sorts, his claws idly raking themselves against the bark of his chosen perch. He wasn't exactly sure where he was; nowhere near the Mountain and its bountiful forests at least. He had no intention on lingering here for long but he'd trained long and hard for today, and the thought of someone disturbing his brief moment of rest rankled with the Uchiha male.
Slowly, he drew himself up from his perch, silent and impassive, but making himself more noticeable. "With an attitude like that, I'm surprised you can get anywhere at all." He snorted, his murky gaze rolling itself briefly before it settled again on the pair. The seclusion hadn't done much to help his attitude, it seemed...

The younger of the two turned to the voice, rolling his eyes. S. D. A. M. F. He thought he was going to have a peaceful day in his realm But no~o he just could get a break. No~o. Everyone had to go on and get Tole riled up and then he'd start getting into a fight and shi-. Apoy slipped a paw firmly on Tole's tails. Tsch.
A grey ear twitched before swiveling in the direction of the unfamiliar voice. Another fight eh? Good. He hated boring simple days. There was nothing beating the living cr-- out of another to make the day great. At least all the walking would be for something.
The more passive of the two pressed closer to his older relative growling a warning. Grandfather Nassor wouldn't like to hear that Tole had gotten into yet another fight. This time with someone not in his family.
Anatole got up rather quickly, snapping at his 'twin' not really caring if he nipped the other or not. Aps had a tough skin. If you were going to hang with him you had no choice but to. He turned to the trees, the lust for a fight in his eyes. "With a voice like that, I'm surprised you actually survived. Sounds faggy."

His lips twitched faintly as the lighter male turned to roll his eyes back, though whether they wished to curl into a snarl or a smirk was unknown; Sasuke kept his bland expression. He paid no attention to how the smaller kitsu seemed to be attempting to hold the other back, certainly not caring if he was playing the antagonist in this situation. The other's words, however, earned a slight curl of his lip, dark eyes flashing with slow, seething amusement even as the Uchiha lifted his head higher.
"Sounds like you have experience--denial is an ugly thing, you know." Like he was one to talk. But he was improving, or so he told himself. He was coming to terms with it. Uncaring, he idly took his time in studying a paw, ears twitching before he finally chose to lift his head; gracing the other with his attention, it seemed.
"You have something to say besides hinting at your own personal problems?" The Uchiha intoned flatly, having absolutely no intention of moving simply because the other was throwing a tantrum. "Unless this is your way of flirting or something. Sorry, I'm not interested." A definite smirk curled at his lips this time, and the male gave a toss of his head. He was really asking for it today, wasn't he?

Anatole's temper immediately flared. No. HELL MF-ING NO. He...he wasn't like that damn Amrit! Oh hell he he wasn't. He stomped towards the trees, glaring heatedly up into them. At this moment he was just so jealous of his uncle. What he'd give to be able to grow fangs and just go...insanely unkitsu on him now. He turned violently towards his lighter companion. "Burn it Apoy! I know you can. DO IT."
Apoy looked shocked at Tole for a second. Burn it? Memories of a time when he had hurt his companion flashed back. He didn't quite remember what had happened, just something about a bad burn. By him. Aunt Capili had told him that fire powers was in their blood, that it wasn't unnatural but the fact that he had hurt Tole scared him too much to even think about it. Regaining his composure he looked to his cousin. "No. Tole...I can't. I-I I couldn't. Tol-"
Antole ripped back to his cousin, teeth gripping the other's ear tightly not caring for the other in this moment. No one! NO ONE! Got away with insinuating that he was....was....gay. "You will. Even if I have to start it up for you." With that he pushed against his best friend. He knew of Apoy's powers! And he would bring them out!

What a reaction...Sasuke found himself scoffing faintly as he tilted his head downward, offering a bland stare to the hot-headed male. Burn it? One brow raised before the dark-haired male quietly shifted his position. He wasn't bothering to getting up yet, but if the lighter did possess some ability to burn his current perch, then he was ready to move. "Sad. You can't even rely on your own power to help you accomplish your goals." The Uchiha noted.
He was indifferent to the plight of the other's companion when he was threatened, rather lacking in sympathy. If he chose to stay around the obviously bad tempered male, then that was his choice; he could only blame himself for it. Hmph. Sasuke did push himself to his feet after a time, his head tilted with veiled disgust as he dropped to a lower branch; still out of reach, but now a more taunting target.
"You really are pathetic. And what do you plan on doing once you set the tree on fire?" Sasuke questioned, his tails offering an idle flick as he gazed down at them.

"Murder you." The male looked between Apoy and the other male. F--k Aps. Burning it would be so much easier but dammit he had to do the ******** work now. He charged at the tree, climbing it with ease before landing on the same branch. His grandmother could be a wonderful warrior, if the need should ever arrive. Of course, being an anthro helped her. "Or I could do it now."
Apoy stood, wincing. Dammit, now he definately couldn't hide this from Aunt Keiki and Grandfather Nassor. He didn't want to deal with a scowling Tole this night. He looked up to see Tole in the same tree as the other male. A string of curse just rolled out of his head and into a big stringy mess on the floor. "Tole! Tole! Get your butt back here! Tole!" He didn't want to see the other hurt. Not again.

The dark-haired nin reacted swiftly; though he highly doubted the other could back up his claim, he saw no reason to present himself as a docile target. As Anatole landed on his branch, Sasuke struck, one paw lashing out to cuff the other sharply against the side of the head. If that didn't make him lose his balance, it would at least stun him for the time being, but if the other had quick reflexes, he should have been able to avoid the half-hearted blow. The Uchiha tensed his legs, then leapt over the other's head, his paws striking the wood even as chakra kept him bound, able to easily slither back up to a higher perch.
His tails lashed with amusement, and a definite spark had entered the inky blackness of his eyes. "You'll have to move faster than that. Get lost, both of you. You aren't worth my time." The Uchiha shook his head slowly, a smooth roll of his shoulders signaling his lack of interested for this fight. Of course, if the other still persisted...Well, then he might just have to get serious.

Tole cried out at being hit, claws gripped at the bark but it was no use. He fell. The thud was loud and he was either hallucinating or it was really there. A crack. Damn. He attempted to to stand, images slowly spinning and blurring before him, and slowly fell back down. Nothing broken but damn did his head hurt. "Dizzy..."
Apoy rushed over to his fallen best friend, nosing him only to earn a groan. Damn. Concussion maybe, he couldn't really tell. Apoy glared up into the boughs. "You'll pay." From the teal band on his frong legs, flames wrapped around both legs. Apoy ascended the tree with slow anger pooling out in his growing flames. The bark began to burn but he payed no heed to it. All he could think of was the fact that he had hurt Tole. And no one. No one was allowed to hurt Tole. He swept a paw out, sending a blade of flames at the other male. Now he knew why his name meant Fire.

It had not been his intention to actually bring harm to the other, but, Sasuke reasoned dryly, it kept him out of the way. From the looks of things, he was still conscious and therefore alive. The lighter male's words earned a soft snort of disbelief from the nin. Pay? He doubted it. What he hadn't expected was for the other's paws to suddenly burst into flame, the sizzle of burning earth and charred wood reaching his sensitive nose even as Apoy began to scale the tree, obviously intent on reaching him. Though there was considerable distance between them, the wave of flame that roared its way towards him gave the Uchiha literally only seconds to react--seconds he didn't have.
The Sharingan flared to life if only to reflect the burning holocaust that devoured everything in its path to better reach him, and Sasuke pushed himself hard from his perch, still feeling the superheated air and a hint of flame sear his left side. With a snarl, the Uchiha spat back a few fireballs of his own, leaping into the next tree in order to better keep himself out of range. The burn stung like crazy, and the smell of fried hair and clothing mingled with the burning wood now, but, for the most part, the wound appeared to be superficial. Just as well; he had no time to waste. "Try it again, and I hit him next." Sasuke warned, his smoky breath wafting faintly into the air as though to back up his threat.

He snarled, the flames growing once more, licking at his fur. He had watched Aunt Capili in secret, the way she controlled her flames. She was beautiful with her powers. He....he was murderous. Never before did he...hate someone. No one. Though never before had someone dared to physically hurt Tole. Besides Rhythm, but family was different.
His eyes narrowed focusing completely on the black-haired kit. At least it wasn't quite like the mountain, it would be worse then. "I won't give you time to." He sent away another flaming blade before leaping to the other tree. No forgiveness.

There was simply no point in responding; what was the point in wasting time with pointless words and mindless drabble? Another searing blast of flame threatened to consume him, and Sasuke dropped like a stone from the protective curling limbs of the tree. He hit the ground hard and tapped into his chakra reserves, lupine speed enabling him to dart towards the otherwise lifeless body of Anatole, one paw fiercly positioning itself over the back of the other's neck.
"I'll tell you one last time; try it again. I'll kill him." His words were hollow and empty, matching the blood red stare of those unearthly eyes as they watched the enraged male above them. In truth, the Uchiha was bluffing; he had no intention of taking anyone's life, though this pair of idiots had sorely tried his patience.

He leapt to the ground, the earth beneath him sizzling, burning, dying. Red met red he eyed the other, growling erupting from him, teeth bared. "Get your paw off him!"
Anatole had seen it with blurry eyes, but he knew. Fire. Gods he was so happy that Apoy was capable of those flames. It made him feel a little less like nothing. He had fallen semi-unconscious until he felt a paw upon him. He glared up, focus wavering from the falling embers and ashes. "Don' tuss m ye fa'"
"You hurt him more than you have...you're son will have quite a few scars...from me." Unlike Tole, he listened to his family's gossip. Indeed he had heard of Dansha being a surrogate mom. And only now did he remember who she was playing 'womb'. In his life it was Him and Tole, just them. Nothing would flay that.

"Or you'll do what?" Sasuke asked calmly, not even batting an ear at the slurred speech that emerged from the other. Apoy's words about threatening his son, however, had the Uchiha's eyes narrowing to mere crimson slits. "Who the hell are you?" No one knew of his dysfunctional family of sorts, and he could feel the fur on the back of his neck beginning to bristle. It was true that he and Zetsumei shared a tentative, rather unstable relationship at best, but for some unknown stranger to even dare threaten to harm him, especially when he'd started this?
"You think you can start things and get out of them when they don't go your way? Life doesn't work like that." The Uchiha hissed low between his teeth, eyes still narrowed as he focused on Apoy. "I wanted little to do with either of you--but if you bring my son into this, I will kill you both." Make no mistake; that was no bluff. He fully intended on backing up his claim should the other do anything, as he himself had no intention of hurting Anatole unless the other did something stupid. "Who are you?" He demanded once more.

He snerked a little. He would've thought that the other would've at least thought about the surrogate's family. The fiery kitsu straightened his composure, emotion erasing itself. "Dansha is my cousin, Sasuke." Though he had never personally spoke with her, since their family was just too spread out. All he knew about Sasuke's family was that Dansha had them and at least one was son. It was a risk he was willing to take.
Apoy really had no problem turning against his family when it came to Tole.
