CHUNIN-can have on his profile as many D and C ranked jutsu a he wnat but only 3
B-ranked

JOUNIN-can have on his profile as many D,C and B ranked jutsu a he like but only
5 A-ranked and 3 S-ranked

KAGE-Can have all the jutsus



Battle jutsu:

GENIN- can use 25 D-ranked and 10 C-ranked jutsu

CHUNIN-Can use 35 D-ranked, 25 C-ranked and 10 B-Raked

JOUNIN-can use 50 D-ranked 35 C-ranked, 25 B-ranked and 5 A-ranked
(S-ranked 2 time but you lose lot of chacra)

KAGE- He dont have a special limit
