Try it yourself.
You can change the Icon and name by right clicking-->Properties-->change Icon
I made it so the control panel is the "virus."
(She uses control panel a lot.)
It's harmless.

Actually, yes. I reformatted a laptop today.

But I was referring to the dread of dealing with a virus that leaves reformatting as the only option.
