-Akatsuki Northern Base Interior-The Akatsuki Northern base is a lagre tower, and has around four floors above ground, and 6 floors underground. The underground portion stretches out very far and has many rooms, at least 300 in total. The udnerground corridors look like this, and the above floor look like this.

Deep inside the Northern Base, Kyri sat in one of the multiple chairs set out for each Akatsuki member. Hers was situated slighlty higher than the rest. She summoned five small orbs of darkness and spoke a message to them. "Come to the Interior base immediatly, be here in five minutes or suffer the consequences." Kyri leaned back into her chair, this meeting wouldnt take too long. She closed her eyes as she waited, and as the seconds ticked by, a small smlie found its way onto her face.

Burton appeared in one of the chairs set out for the members. He bowed towards the leader then slouched in the chair," SOmething always comes when i'm about to have some fun. I never get to do anything." Burton looked around and saw that none of the other Akatsuki had goten there yet. Burton sighed and said quietly under his breath," Sure is taking long enough for me to get a partner..."

Satomi wandered in, blood smeared across her face and staining her hands. "You called?" She asked in a monotone voice.
Taking a seat, she glanced over to Burton "haven't seen you around before..." Satomi said calmly, brushing some of her black hair from her face. Looking away Satomi allowed her head to slump down tiredly, closing her eyes she began to ponder to herself.

Uuzo ented the room, brushing his hair away from his left eye, showing his headband from rock covering it. He walks across the room to the other side to his chair. He glanced in seconds at all the members of the akatsuki, then turned to sit in his chair."Leader, what do you have planned for us?" Uuzo said with the utmost respect. Uuzo put his left elbow on the arm rest, and rested his head in his palm. He was not tired, but he sat like this when he was thinking.

Having been knocked clear out of a tree by the leader's booming voice waking him from his slumber, Zathura grumbled angrily across the room and slumped tiredly into a chair next to Kryi. "Better not take long." he mumbled, pulling a long twig out of his red hair.
His eyes were half closed and his hand was supporting his cheek on the hard chair.

"Good, now that you are all here, we can begin. Ive brought you all here because I have just finished developing the weapon that shall end all problems that stand in our way, especially the Tomoshibi. This device is controled by a set master keys, each of which are completely unique. After this meeting, you will all walk out of here with one key. You must guard this key with you life. If I hear of anyone who has lost their key to the enemy, they shall be severly punished." At this, Kyri looked into the eyes of each individual Akatsuki member, to ensure that they got the message that she was dead serious. "This weapon, as I have said, will be the end of our... disturbences. If used properly, you can gain control of any person's mind. Complete control. Therefore, the more people that you, lets say, convert, the more people we shall have fighting for our cause and less people fighting against us. Now, in order to use this weapon, you must not kill your victim, but bring them to the eastern base. From there all you have to do is get a substantial sample of their blood and pour it into the device. Then it will ask for only one key. This is to determine who it is that will have control of said victim. Dont ask me something stupid like 'Whats it look like?' You can find out for yourself when you use it. Now, any questions?" Kyri looked around the room, almost daring someone to speak.

"No." said Uuzo. He was excited for this new device. He saw this also as an opportunities to experiment the effects of infecting people with metal, or other things alike. Under his blank face, lied the passion of a killer, ready to burst out, to his full potential.

Zathura grunted, still tired and eyed the leader, "Yeah I gotta question." he stated matter o fact like. "Can you explain that all again... for satomi's sake." he flicked a lazy hand in Satomi's direction.
He really only caught the just of it all
Something about keys and blood and controlling minds.
It really didn't matter to him at all what they did in this era. As long as he got his beauty sleep he was happy.

Burton had an evil smirk. He greatly like the fact that he would be able to control people. It was like useing his mind games but to a greater extent. "Now thats more like it. Its about time we are able to something like this." Burton then sat there eagerly waiting to get his key.

Saru's voice rasply asked, "Can we use this on more than one person at a time? And how low does this last...?" His entire body was hidden in shadows, His scythe glowed red, and his hair shown in the sun a bit. This subject really brought him to think. "Oh yes.. how many charge does this thing have?" He played a hand on his hairless chin, and thought with one leg perched up onto the seat.

"The weapon has no limit as to how many people you can control, and there is no expiration either. You can control as many people as you want, for as long as you want. Although, if someone gets your key and destroys it, all the minds that you had control of will be released. That is why you must never loose your key. Now, if there are no more questions, I will hand you the keys. I've made these keys myself using my element of choice, darkness. Therefore, these keys will be hard to destroy, since they are of no natural element such as earth, or water. Each key is different, so don't go trading them like school children because they will not work for anyone other than you, that is just one of the security measures that I have taken." Kyri went over to the far right wall and opened a small door that had been completely hidden only moments before. From it, she extracted six keys. She went up to each Akastuki member and gave them each one key. Once she was done, she went back to the wall and sealed the small opening. She sat down in her chair and watched the members examining their keys with fascination. "We are done here now, so feel free to start using your keys as soon as you see fit."
((Feel free to describe your keys however you want. It doesn't matter how you make them look since they are all different and they were custom made for your character.))

Zathura held his key lightly in the palm of his hand.
It looked like an actual key except that it had a loop going around the center of it. The tip was a dark red while the rest of it was completely black.
Zathura sighed, his hand still supporting his cheek. He watched it swing around his index finger, watching it spin around and around until it became boring and he left his seat. Readying to leave.
Who should I use it on first? He thought to himself. Instantly a certain Tomoshibian -- a Hyuga found it's way into his mind and he smiled. "That would be interesting." he spoke out loud.
He also wondered if the key would work on a teammate and he gave a sly glance to the leader- quickly discarding the nasty thought and left the room.

Before Zathura could leave, she shouted after him, also adressing the other members at the same time. "Make sure you bring their body with you! The weapon will not work unless the victim is close to it. But be efficient, make sure your opponent is completly unconcious before you bring them to our headquarters!"
