well, partially. i had some items up before the deflation started happening, and it's all going below the price i bought the items for.
on the other hand, i think i'm going to take advantage of this and start hoarding whee

Apparently there will be a 'great depression' early next year
if gaia decides to re-release the items from banned accounts then I can see why...

agreed, it's definitely a retarded decision. there's a huge debate on it going on, but it looks like lanzer is set on it. he said that the old MC's will be taken out of banned accounts and auctioned off, placed in quests, or shoved into blue giftboxes.

I was wondering when they would get around to that.
Having items leave Gaia because a Gaian was being an idiot is not really a good thing.
If they succeed in entirely eliminating inflation, the exchange part of Gaia may evaporate...

I suppose. A bunch of Ice Tiaras being put back out there would not really affect the current market price. The only folks who would be really affected would be those who are still sitting on a pile of 2003 MC's.

When the last big price hit happened, I was sitting on 500,000 gold. I spent all of it at the bottom. Sometimes things just seem to work out.
