Ok, so I am trying to get a Staff of the Angels. As I have been questing, the price has gone up (of course). So I am only halfway there right now, and I am sure that by the time I get to the price it is right now, it will be a lot more expensive. So I guess my question is, do I sell some of my previously quested items to get this one now, and then attempt to get them back later(they will also have gone up in price) or do I just trudge it out without selling them and end up paying more for the Staff, but not have to worry about re-getting my current stuff?
(Also, if you know of any good ways to get items donated/make some good gold or whatever, could you tell me?) redface

Edit 2: Ok, So I started selling stuff to get the Staff, and just before I could sell the last few things that I needed to afford it, the Market died gonk Yeah, you know what I'm saying, prices on stuff have just plummeted, which would be good except that now I can't sell my stuff for a decent price. crying And just a little before the big market fall, to top it all off, I was a douche and bought an extra Katana thinking that eventually their price will go back up and then continue to go up like it has for the last few months and I could sell it and make profit. And now the price of the Katana is even lower than I bought it at ! gonk crying gonk
I'm just going to curl into a ball in the corner and cry now cry

I wouldnt sell items. I sell items all the time and then regret it later D:
Unless you sell commons. I never regret selling commons. They're easy to get back.
Do you have any expensive items that you dont use that you can sell? I know I have a lot that I dont ever use, I just like having them.
I dont know anyway to get gold fast D: Do dice games in the CB and hope you get lucky? xd

If you decide to sell your items, I think you should sell the ones that you aren't really using anymore like Nymphiedora said and just to sell maybe one or two.

Like what was said before, if there are some old items that you never ever wear you can sell those, or a letter.
Hopefully it'll deflate for a bit when you get close to having enough money. Good Luck.

Dukes Um... didn't the staff also deflate? yeah, but not enough that I could get it, and I can't get my other stuff to sell to afford it crying And, as I mentioned, I spent what I had to get a katana that I was planning on selling for more than I bought it for, but it's price has gone way down too gonk I currently have several more Fausto's Bottles 1st gen than I ever want and an extra katana that I want to sell, but they are worth less than I bought them at. crying
