Bipasha Basu and Arshad were absolutely shocked the way a group of white men roughed them near Glassy Junction, a popular Indian pub in Southall, West London, some months back. Both were verbally attacked by some white men. Both Bipasha and Arshad claimed that they were racially abused while shooting for their latest film ‘Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal’. Just less than a year after Shilpa Shetty became the victim of racial slur in Britain. And the same thing happened once again .Even fellow actor John Abraham, who was also present at that time said “When you come into London and you are shooting, it’s the last thing you expect.” Source: http://bollywood.celebden.com/

I watched some of Celebrity Big Brother (my other two favorites, Jermaine and Dirk came close to winning, too, yay!), and I hated seeing how Shilpa was treated on it. I couldn't stand it. Those girls had no right to be all like that...
Anyway, I hate hearing that happening to Bips, Arshad, and John. sad

Operation Alchemy I watched some of Celebrity Big Brother (my other two favorites, Jermaine and Dirk came close to winning, too, yay!), and I hated seeing how Shilpa was treated on it. I couldn't stand it. Those girls had no right to be all like that... Anyway, I hate hearing that happening to Bips, Arshad, and John. sad OMG Yeah. >.<

dude, why even bother going there if they are going to treat us like s**t, Euros and Americans have absolutely no respect for other races, it just make me so angry, ASIANS UNITE!

Seriously, it hurts to hear this, and i know that all aren't like this, but still it's just digusting.

Shilpa always seems to have trouble finding her.

Seriously, it hurts to hear this, and i know that all aren't like this, but still it's just digusting. I agree...some Americans are nice...but I have been persectuated so many times...and people make such harsh generalizations. People seriously needs to have more respect for Eastern countries...it seems the only country outside of Europe that gets so much attenton from the US is Japan...

It's the whole superiority and ego thing. I mean it's always about competition, and grudges and what not, i mean the only reason they like Japan is because right now they are economically better off than any other country and they are big suck ups when it comes to "modernization"

Plus, the US uses them to spy on North Korea and Russia and such. On top of that, most of the USA's young population is in love with anime and manga and stuff. MOst of teh technology the US gets is from Japan...so prettyu much the US is leaching off Japan. There are so many Indians in teh medical, science, and engineering fields in America...they pretty much make the work force and we are still treated like dirt. scream

Hey I know you guys aren't dissin on Americans. But your absolutely right and I am an american. I just don't see how some of us just discriminate against other cultures. sad I mean at least half the television and movies that are made here come from stuff just like it that are made in places like Asia and Europe. Sometimes I get it when the french say stupid americans because the way some of us act towards other cultures is just plain stupid.
I am glad I got into other cultures cause you guys have more cooler things than us (Hrithik roshan being one of them blaugh )

It is like a river, there are gems in them and there are the nasty stones. You happen to be one of the gems that accept the rocks that aren't in the river. Oh gosh taht was the stupidest analogy ever, but I will keep it to express my corniness. blaugh I ahve met my share of jerky, racially intolerant people, but I ahve also met many nice people who accpet the otehr cultures. biggrin
