((One of my good friends had a bad thing happen. His Wii broke. Yeah, it sucked. He had to send it into Nintendo and get it fixed. Just got it back, and it works, so that's good. However, another one of my friends got owned badly. He fried his Wii. I'm talking FRIED! like, something happened, and it was smoking and everything. It was pretty insane. Apperently, the power socked he plugged it into was kinda screwed up. So, everytime he turned his Wii on, it would shoot extra heat and stuff like that. So yeah, his Wii got FRIED. Nothing Nintendo could do except offer him a new one for 1/2 price.))

((Yeah, it was pretty bad. Luckily, the insurance company for their house is paying for the electric stuff, and the outlet is fixed. He got a new Wii, so things are back to normal. Still pretty much sucked.))

Will nintendo help you with a messed up wii (not as badly as the fried one of course xP ) even if your warranty is expired? My wii is fine but just wondering.

((Yeah, they will. As stated before, one of the two friends mentioned only had their broken, not fried. They fixed it up quite nicely.))
