A solar flare has occured. At least, that is what it looked like to everyone. It came so fast and hard, and so... bright. Radiation was spewed forth from the heavens above, and now everyone... glows. No physical harm seems to have come from all of this, but, the fact that everyone shines is most out of the ordinary. We are all gathering here, at Gambino park. It is a wide open space, with several pavilions strewn about, the occasional picnic table, grill, and playground equipment. The children are scared, and nobody knows what to do, so we are all gathering here to discuss it.

(LOL I showed my housemate that comic last night when Gino and Ian are scrapping and X gets in the way, and Gino looks like he's gonna punch X in the balls)
