Ranks, Jobs, and Promotions 
Lists of Ranks, current jobs, and how to get promotions!
Jobs Rifleman/Sniper-basic handling of a rifle, and hi-calibur rifles/scoped guns
Sub-machine gunner-handles sub-machine guns and small ordinance
Support gunner-handles heavy guns, and stationary machine guns
Demolitions-small to large ordinance, experts on explosives
Grenader-handles specificaly small, hand-held grenades, but also experts in the feilds of small ordinance
Pre-Ops.-scouting and pre-operation tasks, knocking out defences, sentries, ect...
Special Ops.-scouting and stand-alone surgical missions, has to be recomended for the position.
Suit Operator/Pilot-Pilots ability-enhancing Militia suits, which range from different feilds of specialty, needs to be recomemded for position.
Officer-can specialize in any of the above, needs to know small hand-held guns & secondary weaponary.
Medic-supplies in-the-feild health assesments and occasionaly life-saving on-hand operations, also doubles as a doctor on base.
Technican/Mechanic-fixes and tunes up machinery and large ordinance (members are required to clean their own rifles and guns).
R&D Scientist-aids in making new technology, and helps in repairing complex systems.
Ranks -Members-Private (Pvt.)-staring rank for riflemen
Corporal (Cpl.)-rank after training
Sergant (Sgt.)-senior rank, can take the job of Platoon Sgt.
Master Sergant (M/Sgt.)-senior rank, can take the job of Platoon Com.
Warrant Officer Second Class (W.O.2)-senior rank, helps with running and operations of the Militia.
Warrant Officer First Class (W.O.1)-senior rank, helps with running and operations of the Militia.
-Officers-Officer Cadet (O.C.)-basic officer, not yet trained or given a task/job.
Second Leiutenant (2 Lt.)-basic officer, helps with basic runnings and various tasks/jobs.
Lieutenant (Lt.)-can take up the job of Platooon Officer.
Captain (Capt.)-senior officer, can be second-in-command
Major (Maj.)-C.O. or second-in-command
Promotions Promotions are based on dedication to XTI, dedication to the Militia, RPing abilities in the Events and Operations, and overall proformance & how you treat your fellow members, once an officer sees these qualities he/she will PM me for a recomended Promotion of the person in question, or I will hand out the Promotion myself.
