Yes it's true, I did...but i didn't get The Eye Of Judgment with it, i didn't feel like paying an extra $10, plus i didn't like it that much...but i did waste $2 (or $3, can't remember) on Aquatopia (if you don't know what that is read this quote)Quote: IGN.com: IGN: Aquatopia Turn your TV into an interactive aquarium with this PlayStation 3 title. Using the PlayStation Eye camera controller, you can interact with your sea creatures, or simply leave them to swim and live their lives in this unique underwater world. So...you can talk about the PS Eye here too.

The Aquatopia actually sounds amusing. I know I always stare at those display computers that show off their graphics with fish. Being able to interact with those marine bound critters... hey, can you create octopuses in this game?
As for the PS Eyetoy itself... I must admit that I kind of doubt it'll become very popular. Not many developers made popular games that included the eyetoy, and more often then not, the eyetoy would only be included in unrelated extras. But if developers start backing this accessory more, I don't doubt it could bring some fun along with it.

I dunno, X-Play gave Eye of Judgement a 4 out of 5, so if people see new ways to use the eye it might catch on. I believe the big issue before was taht you needed a ton of back lighting for it to be seen ok. 3nodding

I got a PS Eye and Aquatopia and found that it's somewhat boring. It did bring a smile to my face the first couple of seconds though.

I'm glad that it was sold separately, I really did not want to risk me getting involved in another collectible game.
The eye is cool though, currently working on a lego stop action movie for Home.
