Whether it be pixel, traditional, abstract, avatar, or whatever, art is a very popular medium. For our winter festival contest, all forms of art will be accepted! There will be three categories: Traditional, Pixel, and Digital, and you can put entries in each if you so desire.
Theme
The theme is, of course, winter. Whatever you want to do with that--an image of snowflakes, or some sort of winter holiday, or sitting by a fire with some cocoa and a good book. Whatever winter means to you, express it.
Entry Info
Please post here or PM me if you want to enter, entries due by Monday night, and to be posted here. If no one has pmed or posted their intent to join by Thursday, it'll be canceled. There is no entry fee, and you may enter once per category (a maximum of three times). When you let me know you want to join (pm or post), please also mention what category you'll be applying under.
Categories
Traditional: Pen, ink, pencil, paint...If you didn't do anything to it on the computer (except perhaps adjust for brightness and such on the colors), your entry belongs here.
Pixel: Dolls, pixelled art, and such should be entered here.
Digital: If you drew something, but the color and such was done on the computer, or if it's purely computerized work, your entry belongs here.
Prizes
First Prize Overall: A Sealed Thank You Letter for December.
Second prize Overall: Cash shop item(s) of your choice (costing a maximum of 100 GC)
First Prize Individual (Pixel, Traditional, Digital): High price item from wishlist, or expensive random item.
Second Prize Individual (Pixel, Traditional, Digital): Mid-level item from wishlist, or somewhat costly random item.
Honorable Mentions: Mystery giftboxes.
