The mare slept peacefully throughout the chilly night, having one of the most vivid dreams in her life. After reuniting with Hesperos and finally confronting the wonderful feelings she had of him, they were finally together, and the mare was completely in love. But Hesperos had gone to see his father the day before, so Ghost slept soundly by herself that night. That was why her dream was so vivid and complex, and she awoke that morning with a strange feeling of both excitement and shock. Her dream carried issues of birth and pregnancy, and her body was giving her strange sensations as she moved herself off of the ground. Could it be? Could it REALLY be?
The mare didn't know what to think, and instead she focused on her body. She felt heavy, and.. different. It was both comfortable and uncomfortable, since her mind was fluttered with hopes of motherhood. The dreams she had were finally being answered, and her life like dream the night before was truly becoming real!
"I must find Hesperos.." she then mumbled, while slowly making her way out of the forest. He couldn't be too far.. right? Well, hopefully at least! The mare tried to increase her speed, but instead she kept herself slow and steady. "Hesperos?" she then said, while occasionally yelling his name out. She needed to stay patient, and she was sure she could find the stallion soon.

Hesperos wasn't too far from where Ghost was. Luckily his herd didn't like living too deep into the forest. He had gone to see his father because he hadn't seen him in awhile. He had been spending most of his time with Ghost because right now she was who he wanted to be with. His father would understand. "So yea, she's the love of my life. I want you to meet her sometime soon."
Standing tall and proud and looking rather displaced in the small teepee, Aurorealis stood and looked down at his son. He was so happy for him. No matter who it was, Aurorealis would support his son 100% and there was no way he wouldn't like this mare that Hesperos was talking about. "I'm proud of you. You're everything I wanted in a son and even more. I can't wait until I get to meet her." He nodded rather solemnly. That of course meant that he would be seeing less of his son but he knew that he needed to let go someday...
Hesperos smiled happily; he felt better knowing that his father approved of Ghost even though he hadn't even met her yet. "Alright. Soon." The stallion stepped outside of the teepee and looked around. This place held fond memories for him... His ears flickered slightly as he heard a familiar voice in the distance. Tilting his head, Hesperos could make out the syllables of his name. "Ghost?" He called out wondering where she was; he hoped everything was alright since her voice seemed rather urgent.

How lucky! Hesperos' voice was faint, but Ghost was sure that her stallion was close by! "I hear you!" she then said, while shuffling her feet. Thank goodness.. Ghost was worried that she would waste too much energy looking for him! Her body felt ok at this point in time, and although she was starting to get tired, she knew she would be fine once she saw Hesperos.
When Ghost had cleared the forest, she looked ahead to see two dark stallions in the distance. She instantly noticed that one of them was Hesperos, but the other was oddly familiar. She couldn't see how and why, since the two stallions were off still in the distance, but Ghost was excited to see who Hesperos had with him. "Over here!" she then said, while holding a big smile. Her tail curled nervously as she watched to two approach, but she knew things would soon be fine when everything was explained and handled.

Hesperos felt a wave of relief sweep over him as he spots the familiar bright colored flutter in the distance. He looked back at his father and left him to quickly talk to Ghost before he asked her to meet his father. The stallion glanced at her smile and accepted that as a 'she is okay.' But she still had that sense of urgency in her voice, he was curious to figure out why she was so excited or... something. "Hello love. Is something going on?" He tilted his head innocently and smiled sheepishly at her.
Aurorealis nodded to his son as he walked towards Ghost. He watched his son and the other mare with observant eyes. Obviously, there were similarities between the two then just physical appearance. Silently, he wondered what they were talking about but he would not be nosy. So he just stood there waiting.

Oh my.. something was indeed going on! Ghost's eyes were still on the mysterious stallion behind Hesperos, but she brought her glance quickly off of the male and smiled brightly at Hesperos. "Weelll... umm. I have some very important news, Hesperos." Once again a wave of nervousness hit her body, and she filled her head with thoughts of rejection and hate. Hesperos was much too kind for that sort of thing, but Ghost was already flustered with emotions at that moment! She couldn't help denying such thoughts in her ever changing body.
"Hesperos.. I'm pregnant!" The words finally came out of her mouth, and the mare's pink face suddenly became a deeper shade of red. "I.. I hope that is ok.. I am SO excited. I have been dreaming of this day, for finally you and I." she leaned in and nuzzled the stallion, feeling a wave of happiness fill her soul. She could relax now, and rest assured that she was honest with him. Hopefully he would be excited as well!
"Now.. you must tell me who he is," she then added, before snuggling next to the stallion. "I hope I can still look cute while fat.." the comment was humorous, and she giggled before bringing her eyes back on Hesperos.

Looking at her expectantly, Hesperos wasn't sure what she was about to say. It wasn't exactly the last thing he was expecting to hear but it surely wasn't what she said. He smiled softly at her and waited for her announcement. The moment he said it he thought his heart had stopped. Oh. My. God.
"I... c-can't believe it." Hell yea he couldn't believe it that he was actually stuttering. "I'm so happy." Shock filled his voice but he was so ecstatic. Little foals running around that looked like him and Ghost. That was... amazing. And he finally understood why his parents cherished him and his siblings so much. Only a parent could understand.... and now he was going to be one! Hesperos nuzzled her gently and smiled. "As long as you're happy, then there's nothing in this world that could take me down. It's just such a shock, but I feel so ecstatic."
Chuckling wildly, Hesperos was in a very good mood and probably would be for a long time. "Oh, that's Aurorealis, my father." He smiled softly at the love of his life once more. "You're always adorable, no matter what." He paused slightly and fondly gazed down at her, "Would you like to meet him?"

She was thankful for his reaction, but her attention was suddenly turned to look at his father. She giggled at Hesperos' compliment while staring, but was relieved at the same time. Her focus then fled from both Hesperos to his father, since the two of them were both stunning in their own ways. No wonder she saw some resemblance! Hesperos looked just like him! "Your father? I would LOVE to meet him! You know how I love family." Ghost continued to gleam while watching the silent stallion, and she was enjoying all of the twists the two of them had for the day.
"This is going to be so exciting.. I am nervous but ecstatic at the same time. I hope we can be good parents!" Ghost was sure the two of them would be great, since they were both confident and strong as individuals.
Ghost brought her eyes on Hesperos' father and smiled brightly, while waiting for the stallion to introduce the two of them. It made her jealous, since she wanted to see her own family soon!

He watched her expression for a reaction. Hopefully her father wouldn't give Ghost a bad first impression or something but... that was impossible. His father was... as perfect as any stallion could get. Hesperos aspired to be like him but add his own twist of personality. But he definitely inherited some good traits from his father. "Sure. Let's go see him now." He smiled once more and nudged her to walk towards his father. He knew his father wouldn't be surprised at Ghost's petite figure since Chitsa had a similar petite structure as Ghost did. "I'm sure we'll be fine parents." He nodded and nuzzled her while he was walking but he really didn't want to think about that... quite yet.
His golden eyes stayed focus on the pair. It seemed like she had told him something exciting since he could tell his son was dying to tell him something... He wondered what that was. As the pair came closer Aurorealis put on a brilliant smile, his pearly white teeth gleaming in the sunlight.

She was happy to finally approach the quiet stallion, and she decided to just be herself and give him a good impression. "Hi there!" Ghost then said, in her usual bright voice. "My name is Ghost, and I am very honoured to meet you." With a light head bob, Ghost curtsied before bringing her smile back on Hesperos' father. "I have heard so much about you, and I am happy to finally have the opportunity to introduce myself." Ghost was her bubbly self, and she wasn't phased or nervous to meet Hersperos father. Something was giving her the impression that everything would be just fine, and she was excited to get to know him. "You and Hesperos look so alike, I couldn't believe it when I saw you two next to each other."

As she approached, Aurorealis noticed how petite she was and then he noticed that her wings were similar to that of Chitsa's. Aurorealis was a towering stallion, taller then an average soquili and even taller then his son. "Hello Ghost. It's quite the pleasure to meet you. I've heard so many good things about you. My name is Aurorealis and I'm Hesperos's father if he hasn't told you yet." The stallion watched her with a calm, collective gaze. He couldn't help but chuckle loudly, which sounded curiously like Hesperos's laugh, when he heard her comment. "Oh yes but of course I'm much more handsome." He couldn't help but chuckle again.
Hesperos watched the other two quietly. He had nothing to worry about though because Ghost was absolutely perfect and if he saw that then he knew his father would at least be able to understand. He of all people should know about love. He stayed silent while listening to their conversation intently.

Hesperos' father had a nice humor in his tone, and Ghost liked that about him! She could see so many resemblances in the two stallions, and that made her excited about her own children that were coming. The mare then pouted her lip before bumping Hesperos with her side. She leaned next to him and whispered in his ear, "Don't you think you should tell your father the good news?" The mare giggled as she brought her snout away from Hesperos' face, and she tried to act polite while excluding Aurorealis. "You both a very handsome, and I am sure you know that about your son as well. He is a great guy, don't you think?" She winked at Auroealis before glancing at Hesperos with a smile.

Raising a brow at what was being said, Aurorealis looked at his son curiously but then turned his attention back on Ghost. "Of course but he's lucky to have caught the attention of someone so beautiful." Looking at his son, Aurorealis grinned, "Yea, he's a pretty good guy. He turned out alright didn't he?" Winking at Ghost, "Think you can take care of him? He seems to get into trouble once in awhile." He looked over fondly at Hesperos and waited for him to spit out what he was going to say.
Hesperos tilted his head and had begun thinking about how he would tell his father that he was going to be a grandfather soon. He was secretly hoping that Ghost would tell him but he knew that it would be better to tell Aurorealis since he is his father. "Uh. Heh. Sure." Shrugging to himself, he should just tell his father instead of delaying it anyway. Plus, it would be sort of evident once Ghost's belly begins to grow. "Well, dad. You're going to be kind of surprised but, Ghost is pregnant and you're going to be a grandfather." The stallion looked at his father wondering what his reaction would be.
Aurorealis just stared at the two while his mind processed the information. He was... going to be a grandfather... "Oh my god. I'm ooold." The stallion frowned jokingly and began to roar with laughter. "Congratulations you two! I'm so excited now to see what comes of this."

Ghost giggled at both of the stallions before bouncing around herself. "Hehe, I just love family!" She was glad to see the connection between both of the stallions, and she was most happy to see Aurorealis' reaction. "I am honoured to have you as the grandfather, Aurorealis. And I am sure the children will be just as excited to have you!" She smiled even wider before nuzzling Hesperos on the side. "We are going to do our best and raise our children with the best of priorities. I can't wait for the day to come."
Ghost was finally letting herself relax, since most of the news had been scattered into place. "I can't wait to tell my own parents.. I am sure they will be shocked if anything." With a shrug, Ghost just giggled before glancing back and forth between the stallions. "Aurorealis, you aren't old! You are wise, and I am sure the children will see that in you instantly."

Hesperos bent down and nuzzled her fondly, "So do I." He was also pleased by Aurorealis's reaction. He loved that care-free nature about his father, that just made things so much easier for Hesperos since his father was a big part of his life. Not that the rest of his family wasn't but Aurorealis was just... always there whenever he needed him. As Ghost spoke, Hesperos turned to his father and nodded solemnly. He knew that having foals would be a huge responsibility for both of them but he knew that it was a challenge that would not stop him or Ghost. "Oh, when do you want to meet your parents?" He hadn't forgotten about them but his thoughts were being teased by images of little foals running around.
Aurorealis was really liking Ghost and she had definitely made a good impression on him. He was glad that his son found someone perfect for him. Not that he was surprised but he was really enjoying Ghost's company. So he knew that they would be alright... The stallion chuckled once more, "Oh it's okay. I can admit that I'm getting on in my years. I'm glad I get the chance to see my grandkids though. I'm not going to lie; I've been waiting for this for awhile now." He couldn't help but chuckle once again; usually, Aurorealis was pretty light-hearted but he was even more so today.

Ghost shrugged at Hesperos, before pondering that idea alone. "I really don't know.. but hopefully we can my parents soon. My sister also needs to know of this information, so hopefully you will get to know her as well!" Ghost adored her sister, and she knew that Banshee would be the most surprised out of everyone.
At Aurorealis' comment, Ghost could only beam before responding herself. "You have been wanting grankids? That's so cool! I hope my parents feel the same way." She giggled before flinging her bangs out of her eyes. This really was becoming the greatest day of her life, and Ghost knew that soon she would be having many of those days, since children meant the world to her! "So much planning to do.. but for now, I guess I will lay low and relax." Ghost sighed quietly while glancing down at her hooves. She was tired, but it was a nice tired. She knew the days would get long in pregnancy, but they would be well worth it once over! She really was glad to have Aurorealis there now, since it made her feel even closer to home. "All of this excitement is making me hungry!" She then blurted, while soon after blushing. Ah well, she couldn't control her body!
