The wind blew softly, through the grass and through a lion's mane... He was colored with different patches of blue. Very unusual of a lion, but to Kusitiri, he found this made him stand out, even if his thoughts contrast against his name. "Camouflage" how exactly did he get that name...? He wasn't sure.. but he wouldn't complain. At least this was something he can actually remember. Shaking his blue head he stared up at the sky, it was turning dark, the sun heading down. This was his favorite part of time to begin roaming. At night, making it better for him to roam around so he can actually hide somewhere to feast on his prey. Kusitiri's stomach growled, he was extra hungry tonight. Looking down through the field, he wonders what exact he would find tonight.

The wind whipped even more around the cheetah as he sprinted from the rogue lands to the Pride Lands. His heart set on a certain prize, this race was being timed. The tired gem remained snug in his maw. The king cheetah marked male raced across the lands, his paws touching the ground only briefly before he was in the air again. After his talk with Eta, he had a good idea where he was heading. He could easily find his den wherever he was, finding his way back was something different. Xana's paws slowed to a stop, his chest heaving heavily out of breath. Dropping the gem, putting his paw over it, he let out a loud chirp that echoed far enough for anyone to hear.
He needed directions again.

A small animal fed on something in front of Kusitiri. He hid behind a bush watching until the animal was about done with it's food, until something loud, somewhat piercing to his ears, bellowed through. This loud noise had scared off his prey and he look disappointed a this. Sighing, he padded to wherever that noise was coming from. It was a unfamiliar noise to him, yet interesting. His padding hurried into a slow run, hoping he finds whatever did that before they do it again. Even if was intriguing, it was a bit annoying, to him.

Xana sat down and pawed at the gem under his paw. The sun hit its rough surface causing some light to refract out. Using his paws as a wall, he watched the light dance on his paw as the other moved it. He could see why females were in awe of the stones he showed them. When he waved it to Eta, she was nearly drooling. Hopefully it had the same affect on Kuu.
Orange piercing eyes glanced around waiting for someone to show themselves, he let out another chirp for someone to get the hint.

He finally reached to wear the noise came from, and saw that a cheetah had done it. Kusitiri confirmed this after he made another noise.Sighing in frustration, little ears hanging against his head, he moved out to the cheetah.
"If you don't mind me asking.." says this as he moves closer, but not by much, just enough so that the male could see him. "Why are you making such a noise? Sorry to say I just lost a prey because of it.."

"Tough luck, you should have been a tad bit quicker then, shouldn't you?" he smirked as he put his paws over the gem again. Now what was it that brought this male to him? He looked like he was thrown into a waterfall and the sky, mixed together and spat back out. He was way too colorful to hide here in the savanna, at least in his opinion.
"I made it to draw you out here. Now that I got you out here, I wanted to ask you, where am I? How do I get to the Pride Lands from here?"

" I... I don't know .." Kusitiri gained a puzzled look on his face and sat down, the sun shining off both of their furs at it continued to set. He said this quietly as he looked at the cheetah."Now that I think about it, I can't even remember how I came to live here, all I'm doing now is trying to survive.. where ever I am." He shook his head and looked at the cheetah, giving him an apologetic look. "I'm sorry I can't help you.."

Xana sighed and gave a slight growl. Yet another useless wanderer who could not aid him. First Eta and now this one. He was young, perhaps a rogue, if both be true (which one was), then he may not have known about the Pride Lands let alone how to get there. The cheetah let out a sigh.
"If you go where I came from, there is a dead zebra, if you hurry, you might be able to get the leg I left," he murmured before picking the gem up back into his maw before dropping it again. "Listen, if you happen across anyone who may know about the Pride Lands, I suggest you found out and go there. You are way too young to be out here if you are by yourself."
With a shrug, he looked out into the horizon, "Name's Xana if we both make it there, perhaps we can talk again."
He reached down and picked up the gem, without a word or second glance, he sprinted off to where he thought the lands may be.

The multicolored blue lion stared as the Cheetah ran off, he didn't bother to move, just blinks and tilts his head. "Who.. was that, and why am I here..?" He frowns and looks confused moving to trot towards where he was previous. "It feels like he said something important, but.. I don't know what it was." Frowning he began to sprint off.. "Who were you..?"
