i will go first! i love this poem!
THE FURTHEST DISTANCE IN THE WORLD The furthest distance in the world is not between life and death but when I stand in front of you yet you don't know that I love you The furthest distance in the world is not when I stand in front of you yet you can't see my love but when undoubtedly knowing the love from both yet cannot be togehter The furthest distance in the world is not being apart while being in love but when plainly can not resist the yearning yet pretending you have never been in my heart
The furthest distance in the world is not but using one's indifferent heart to dig an uncrossable river for the one who loves you

The mark of the immature man is that he wants to die nobly for a cause.... STARS
On this dark and dismal night... when every thing feels right i look up to see its only flaw... the stars they're not there at all...
So i stand here and wait for the moon hoping to see her wishing it soon then out of the corner of my eye A solitary star appears in the sky
sitting alone it glistens there I know how it feels when no one elses cares Your shining above me while i stand below Can you see me watching do you know?
Were alone in the same respect For such a small star you sure have a big effect and know i know it im alone and i feel it run threw me from my flesh to my bones and i stand there waiting for you... dont let my heart turn to stone...

an old poem i wrote about my (at the time future) wife and I.... enjoy She was in love with some one else
....while the mark of the mature man is that he wants to live humbly for one.

i wrote this for my hw so feel free to give me sugestions
Cloud Gazing
We play joyfully with One another in days long gone. We had no cares for the future, Only of this day.
We make many friends, and chat endlessly away. There is no need to worry, Or to be in a rush.
We lay down on the cool green grass And watch as the clouds float by White and fluffy, sailing through the sky Images of our childhood dreams A fiery dragon, a pirate ship Unicorns dancing, horses flying
Images that float slowly by Memories of fanciful things Love and joys of childhood I thank the sky for remembering

Inner Pain
The rain came down, The thunder rolled, The lightning slashed, And my feelings unfold.
As the rain hits me, I begin to cry, No one understands, And no one knows why.
As the thunder rolled, I wanted to scream, And then I woke up, It was only a dream.
