The door to the Musaeum creaked open as Halcyon slinked inside. The door shutting behind him, "Hello?" his voice echoed out. Hehehe no one here...Just you and your past life...mmm should be a lot of fine...maybe we'll find a nerdy woman...violate her, destroy her...
"NO!" Hal fell to his knees holding his head, "I won't...I can't it's not right!"

A light flickered on at the end of a passage as Nara stepped towards the corner. The scrape of the hidden door into the Musaeum echoed loudly through the passage. As she turned the corner a cry echoed through the hall. "NO! I won't.. I can't.." it cries.
Raising an eyebrow, Nara walked calmly towards the kneeling teen. "Won't what? Is everything allright?"

Halcyon stiffens suddenly before he stands up slowly, "...I...figures...I was here to see the woman in charge of the scroll children because I want to know somethings...Do you know who I should speak to miss?"

Nara nodded, glad enough to drop the subject. "Well, fortunately for you, I'm the one your looking for." She gestured down the hallway, silently inviting him to walk down the hall with her. "I'm Nara. First of the scrolls...." She shook her head. "Anyway, what do you need to know?"

"I...have a voice in my head that...says he is what I once was. Claims to be a murderer and tries to demand that I follow in his footsteps. Obsessed with diamond surgical tools." He says as he walks alongside Nara. He was very tensed.

Nara's steps faltered at that, though the woman kept walking down the hall. "Well, that's usually a sign of mental illness." Her mouth quirked. "However, with the ...many.. complications from it, who knows." Nara shrugged.

"Mental illness. Is that common with the scroll children? I know Isdra was starting to get vague memories of her past. I am wondering if this is my connection to my past." Halcyon continues, catching Nara's faltered step.

Nara shrugged. "I wish I knew. On the other hand, what would normally be classified as mental illness in the time I grew up in is reality here. You could have had someone else sealed in there with you when it happened and you just didn't get unsealed correctly." She narrowed her eyes at Halycon, looking him up and down. "I don't remember unsealing you..."
By now they had reached the large dome. Nara turned along the wall to the left, following the slow curve of the now balcony.

He shook his head, "You didn't unseal me, I unsealed on my own when I came in contact with a crystal paperweight. That's how it was explained to me by my father Cordain Vinataro." he holds up his hand and the crystal paperweight froms from among crystals along his forearm. It was a slow and imprecise process but it allowed easier use for carrying the thing.

The light of understanding popped into Nara's eyes. "Oh yeah. From when I was absent," the woman nodded and glanced closer at the crystal.
"Interesting...." The word slipped out before Nara shook her head. If it wasn't causing him a problem then that was it. "What else do you need to know?"

"There is more Nara. What is our purpose, I've been doing a lot of research into various things and I do not find any documentation in even books that have been considered far too radical in opinion to children born from Scrolls. Something is special about us and I want to know why, and why in a place trafficked by millions of people in the course of a week, was my father the first to find the scroll?" Halcyon spoke, he was determined to get his answers while he had a chance.

It took all her will-power not to roll her eyes. 'What is our purpose?' 'What's the meaning of life?' Blah...blah...blah... If it weren't for the irony that scroll children actually had a purpose, then the woman would just shrug it off as angsty teenage moaning.
"Let me ask you a question first. What is your view on God, or gods and religion?" Nara countered.

Halycon tilted his head a bit, "That the majority of religion is a farce but the problem is no one knows which belief is the real one since those who follow them are all in absolute belief that theirs is the right one. As for the Catholics and Templars of old, I hold my father's view of they're a bad joke, something that should be wiped off the face of the planet. As for God or the Gods itself, I do not know. When I met him, her or them I'll let you know."

Nara grimaced. "Well...Religion isn't quite a farce. It just tends to get warped when humans interpret the gods. Take a look at Christianity's "Thou shalt have no other gods before me," and how it's developed into the one true god." The woman shook her head. "Even that's a translation," she continued, "but I'm getting side-tracked."
The relic paused for a second, turning down a corridor as she tried to organize what she needed to say. "Religion is...a grading system...Of sorts." Another grimace crossed her face. "For diety's. The more followers they have, the more powerful."
Nara reached up and ran her fingers through her hair in frustration. "Well, there were a few misunderstandings and lots of stuff happened. In short, people were invited to be sealed in scrolls to help displaced gods."
Silence fell as Nara headed down the corrider, thoughts turned inward.

Halcyon was silent for a moment then began laughing afterwards, "I...find that...hilarious...So...Possibly some psychopath with an obsession with crystal and diamond tipped surgical tools had value to a god and thusly I was born...Even funnier considering what and who I am being raised by...sure his God may not be powerful, but he has no qualms in reducing the numbers of any follower of another religion who calls themselves a Templar just on principle over some slight from centuries past..."
He stretched and smiled at Halcyon, "So what else should I know Nara before I go back to my personal studies in how to make my crystals more effective of a tool and weapon."
